Staff is very helpful and friendly, I had 2 separate bookings and they found the best solution on how to allocate me. Breakfast is very tasty, great variety of local cheese and meat. Lobby has some art objects to see. Only pools works in a very inconvenient time (from 11am until 8pm) that does not make sense

The staff here are fantastic. And the location is near perfect for us. Close to metro and tons of restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice.
The only issue we had was the AC. Even on high the cold air was barely blowing and couldn't keep the room cool, especially if you opened the curtains to let any light in the room. We didn't mention it to the front desk, because it wasn't hot at all, just a little out of the comfort we're used to. We did tell the staff when we checked out, and they said that wasn't normal and were going to check out right away. Excellent service!
We love visiting this city as we live in Valencia. We're going to stay here again for sure.

Beautiful hotel. Nice big fluffy towels, comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing. Location perfect for shopping, restaurants and the metro!

非常好，房間沒有太大，但是很乾凈，人很熱情，酒店位置很好，在市中心，去巴特洛之家和米蘭之家都很近。第二天想換房間，可以幫我們把行李搬上去，也可以免費寄存行李。

位於鬧市區，出行方便，旁邊有不錯的餐廳，離米拉之家等高迪建築作品很近，酒店管理不錯，衹是房間較小，不過旅遊城市中心大都是老房子改造的酒店。

房間不太大，但是非常乾淨，網絡也很好，出行去哪裡都方便，周圍吃飯的地方非常多，暖氣足，很滿意。下次如果再去巴塞隆拿還會入住，也會推薦給朋友。

Great hotel, staff are very attentive, rooms are modern and well decorated. The only thing is if you’re a light sleeper the doors aren’t completely sound proof so sometimes you do hear noise from the hall. Aside from that everything was perfect 😊
