The hotel located in the area is not very safe.
But the hotel is aware, therefore when you enter the hotel, you will also need to punch the card.
The room inside does not have a kettle or fridge.
And also the AC was not working, it only provided warm air.
So if you don't open the window, it will be quite hot.
But if you open the window. it has a lot of mosquitoes.
Some sockets in the wall are not installed well, it was not working.
I was living on a high floor, the water pressure was not very good.
But the roof top pool view is looking stunning.

The tall man who checked me in should not be in hospitality - he was very cold: demanded passport and credit card with no please thank you or welcome to the hotel or welcome to Barcelona. Didn't speak after handing everything back to me either.did not make me feel comfortable.

The staff was super helpful and we like both the size of the rooms and the rooftop pool, deck and bar area was awesome. Would stay here again in a second. The only down side was the neighborhood...it is in Ravel which is a little sketchy, but it is only two blocks away from La Rambla which is really close and means it isn't too bad and the street is fairly quiet.

Great hotel and staff. The room was roomy and comfy. The only negative was the bed is very light so if you moved the bed moves around too lol. The room seemed to get quite dusty too which triggered some allergys. Would have been nice to have had a mini fridge and a kettle in the room too. Other than that the hotel was nice. Great location, walking distance to most attractions and 5 mins away from Las Ramblas which was very good. The hotel roof top view was the highlight, what a gem that was. Having my morning coffee and croissant with that beautiful view was a treat.

Property located close to downtown and walking distance from main attractions. This was good. I went in February and the hotel room was very warm - you can’t control and set the AC to your preference, it is capped off at certain temperature. The hotel also didn’t provide basic free coffee in the lobby or coffee machine in the hotel room as most hotels. Not a major issue but inconvenient at times. Otherwise, good staff and location.

Hotel was very nice. We would definitely stay again due to convenience. I do think they could have provided at least 2 bottles of water in room.

The hotel was a good value for a budget vacation. The location is excellent, being very close to transportation, tours, and the Rambla. The neighborhood was a bit dirty and didn’t inspire a sense of security, but we simply didn’t over-stress it and spent most of time off the property. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful!
