Arcelon Hotel

無語，第一次遇到這樣的不誠信亂扣費的酒店。入住留了信用卡做擔保，退房幾個小時以後居然收到了酒店扣款的訊息，打電話問酒店，説我們吃了迷你吧的餅乾……我説我根本沒動迷你吧的東西，走之前我還拍了照片。然後酒店讓我發郵件説明，留下姓名和房間號，他們會退款。我發了郵件，但根本沒有回覆，當然更別説退款了。 上小紅書搜了一下，果然看到好些人説這家酒店亂扣款，甚至留了信用卡訊息以後有人的卡還被盜刷了。可怕，誰還敢訂這個酒店啊，説出來我的經歷給大家避避雷。

This hotel is quite new and modernly decorated. Very comfortable bed, very clean and quite silent during night time.

So nice that even after many travel delays the checkin at a late time was still available and he was really friendly to us. The room was also spacious and clean, very happy with the place and the breakfast is delicious

懷疑沒打掃房間，床上有前任房客留下來的長頭髮和腋毛，還有小石子。 接待處的**牙大姐還管我要我信用卡的各種訊息包括有效期和cvv，另外感到很冒犯，並威脅我説如果不提供就不能住店，説我離店這些訊息會刪掉，但今天我收到了盜刷信用卡的短訊，簡直就是詐騙酒店 minibar和前台都有中文字樣，嚴重懷疑是中國人在**牙的黑心酒店

Very nice hotel with a lovely accommodating staff. Their staff also peaks Spanish and English fluently.

Nice and clean hotel, good bed, spacious room and bathroom. Modern design, near bus station, supermarket and restaurant. Good hotel to stay when In Barcelona.

The environment is nice and comfy. It's located near a kindergarten or day care(I didn't pay attention which exactly) and sometimes during the day there are kids yelling that could be heard. But at night it's very quiet, not a lot of traffic around. The nearest subway station is a 6 min walk away. The service is spectacular. I went to the hotel half an hour early to the regulated check in time but the staff helped me to secure my room right away. They are very patient and glad to help me find the way to various locations. The hygiene is impeccable. The cleaning staff did their job well. Although the last morning I was there to have breakfast, a pipe has bursted in the first floor and the staff got on with it immediately to clean the floor. A very unfortunate incident but they took care of it as quickly as possible. I love the spacious bathroom and the long pillows. Especially the pillows which provide the perfect arc for my spine. In all, a solid 10 out of 10. Very well done. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends if they stay in Barcelona.

Modern chic style, lovely welcome drinks at check in counter, cozy and clean, beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to metro station. ❤️❤️

Go location . Near bus stop and train station is convenient. It also near supermarket and pharmacy. When I next time go Barcelona will book this hotel agent 👍🏼
