Quite a basic and functional room. Opens to outdoor area. Has indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness room/gym. Amazingly powerful shower and clean high spec hotel common areas. A solid 3 star hotel with free parking as a bonus for this area.

This is honestly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. As a family of 5 this is one of the few hotels that can cater for us without having to have two rooms. We stayed in the Taw Suite and it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The food in the evening and for breakfast was excellent and we felt so well looked after by the staff throughout. An added bonus was the gorgeous warm pool. What an amazing place. We hope to be back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay - only wish we’d been able to stay longer!

The hotel is surprisingly. From the outside you don't expect much as on an industrial estate next to bowling and burger king, however once inside the location is irrelevant, the hotel has good facilities and a lovely garden where the outside swimming pool is. The decor is nice, we stayed in the Bray suite and the mattress was good quality enabling a good night's sleep. Good location for visiting other areas

A fantastic hotel just outside of Barnstaple. Fantastic facilities,lovely staff ,lovely food and brilliant staff who are friendly and so helpful .

Can't fault anything with the hotel, facilities were excellent as were the staff. Breakfast was spot on.

We stayed for one night on a short trip to North Devon with the kids. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were lovely. We didnt eat at the hotel as we had made reservations elsewhere. The hotel swimming pools really made this trip for us, such a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon!

Lovely welcoming staff, room was nice but very warm. There was aircon but you wouldn’t want it in while you slept. The facilities were great, 2 pools and a gym free to hotel guests. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Bar was a bit pricy. We ate there the first night something for everyone.

Lovely hotel, great service, nice food, will definitely be back! This is my third trip here in the last month and this time with my daughters, it was an added bonus that they got free drinks and food in the restaurant!

Always polite staff great breakfast pools and games area , great for the money. Close to Barnstaple town , restaurants and pubs also not far for beaches .
