Hotel novinho, excelente serviço de quarto e restaurantes.Roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. Amenities da L’Occitane. Café da manhã muito bom tb e funcionários super cordiais. Com destaque ao Pablo que nos atendeu muito bem qdo estávamos na praia. E o mar é lindo demais também.

A estadia foi incrível, a preocupação da equipe com o bem estar, antes mesmo da nossa chegada foi algo notável. O Guest Service é preparado para entregar tudo que o hotel e a região proporcionam. A acomodação é extremamente limpa, decoração clean, com todos os itens dignos de um hotel 5*. Serviço de recepção, bares, mensageria, todos muito atenciosos, sorridentes e dispostos a ajudar em todo necessário. Tivemos algumas surpresas e mimos durante a estadia, são detalhes que fazem toda a diferença. Parabéns a toda equipe Rirz BSM.

Sem dúvida nenhuma, foi o melhor hotel que já ficamos no Brasil. Em todos os quesitos: hotel novinho, moderno e sofisticado, decoração linda, ótima localização em frente a uma praia tranquila e bonita, café da manhã maravilhoso, servido a la carte bem como todas as refeições servidas nos restaurantes. Ênfase ao atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel, sempre muito simpáticos, educados e prestativos. Agradecimento especial a Karin, John e Pablo. Hotel nota 1000.

Fantástica, tudo muito organizado, comida espetacular, atendimento impecável!!! Os colaboradores sempre disponíveis e atenciosos, pé na areia e uns 30 metros da agua, visual incrível da Barra de Sao Miguel
