Front desk Ms Rosa. Excellent custommer service. Quite smiling, attentive and proactive to make my stay pleasant. I always come back to this place mainly for the staff service.

The room was large and comfortable and the staff members were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was great and delicious but not as many choices as in my previous stay over 2 years ago. The music on Friday night until past 2 am was uncomfortable and loud.

The first room assigned was very small, outdated and the bed was a queen size (I had reserved a King size). The following day, I was moved to a different room with a King size bed. This room was ample, newer and super clean. The breakfast was very good as well and the staff was super friendly and proffesional.

A great first spot for me. Fernanda and the other staff were so wonderful and patient with my Spanish. It’s a great location and a really nice breakfast in the morning.
I’m grateful, and I will recommend and stay there again.

Facilities need rebuilt infrastructure. Photos show everything nice and clean but not when you see it in person.

Of course the pictures of the hotel leads one to believe it is of a better nature. I was shocked the neighborhood it was in but overall it was a comfortable room, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The shower was like a fire hydrant and the water was cold. No hot water. Overall, not a bad place for the value.
