What a delightful hotel this was, Chris interacted with us many times and his customer service was excellent, made us feel like we were family, the room was absolutely spotless, the housekeeping staff must work so hard here, it was quiet, and our bed was very comfortable, free parking on site and we also had Toby carvery next door, thank you Chris

I was in an assisted room. The room and bathroom were great. Travelodge had really provided what is needed. Except for the bed; - it was too narrow( about 2’6”), too soft(no support for the lumber region) and too low(really difficult to stand from). Strange really, when they had gone to so much effort!

Stayed for one night. Quiet, comfortable but basic room. Friendly, polite staff. Idea for staying to visit local attractions and Cardiff Airport.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I arrived as a solo female traveller at a time of their shift change. They introduced themselves and explained the times of the next 2 shift changes and the names of who would be on. They explained that they put polo female travellers in ground floor accomodation wherever possible and that there is an additional security door that only those guest on the ground floor can open. Essentially giving solo female traveller additional price of mind They then also explained that if for any reason I did not want to go to reception (ie to ask for more towel, or collect a hair dryer) I could ring reception and they would bring it to me. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and shower powerful enough to wake me in the morning. Toby carvery is the other side of the car park.

Travellodge Cardiff Airport was very clean but not up to standard. Furniture was very old. I could feel wires on the mattress, gladly we were tired so we slept. Desk was too old it wasnt even vintage. Felt like second hand furniture. However, the staff were very friendly, it made us overlook most of the things. There is need for improvement, furniture,electronics and bedding needs upgrading.

Excellent service received. A very warm welcome from the gent on reception. Was very informative. Wanted to wmsire we had everything we needed. Showed us to our room. Thank you

Great budget hotel. Iced water and sweets on reception. Quiet and a lovely comfy bed with clean linen and fluffy towels

Absolutely great way to start the holiday. Staff were amazing, room was clean, shower wash available don't need to bring anything, bed was so comfy. Guy on desk ordered us early morning taxi came on time cost£13. Overall will definitely use again. Nicest travelodge we stayed in.
