Receptionist didn't explain about any evening meals as private party took priority. Room had no refreshment tray or fridge - which is always had within this chain previously. Bathroom needs replacing, tiles loose, blind missing yet chain still there, toilet seat pealing, just not what you expect so won't be returning.

Neat little hotel. Roomy 2 bedroom room. Cons- checkin is very late.

Wow, what a great hotel.. immaculately clean, beautiful food, fuss free breakfast - as much as you like to eat, with refills of hot and cold drinks to relax and enjoy in a lovely dining room. Welcoming, friendly staff providing such lovely attention to detail. After a long drive from the UK, we all felt so recharged and relaxed on leaving for Italy. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay - strongly recommended to all.

Excellent hôtel, clean and very friendly.

Having read some existing reviews I’ve made myself a great image of what would a three-star hotel look like in Bartenheim. But …things went differently. I won’t write about the lack of welcoming greetings or unprofessional staff. Any client would like to get the feeling of being privileged and welcome after a long journey however, one is not going to get it. The only strong point I could retain in this location is the food, that wasn’t bad at all. Very expensive, the portions are small for the paid price. One may say it is “Fouquets du Grand Est!” If you are smell and noise sensitive receiver then you may wish to look elsewhere as there are some rooms situated above the kitchen (hence a smelly room). They know it as the windows of the hallways are kept open 24/7. In addition, there are some noisy air vents in the backyard just 2 metres from the window that will not let you sleep while window is left open. There is not any scenic view but the contrary. The airport is close by so you will hear the take-off noise from time to time. Staff availability is almost nil, the front desk is kept with some huge effort by someone from the family. The rooms are spotless clean but the ceiling is unexpectedly low just like for some taller hobbits. No air conditioning. That’s all, I hope it helps. Best of luck

Chambre simple, confortable et joliment rénovée. Beau SPA, neuf. Petit déjeuner complet. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Excellent repas, belle présentation, servi dans un joli cadre par du personnel qui connait bien son travail.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel. Il est très bien, propre, la chambre à 4 personnes est top et très bien rénovée. Nous avions également une chambre à 2 personnes qui était très bien. À 10 minutes à peine de l’aéroport de Bâle-Mulhouse, c’est idéal. Nous y reviendrons certainement si besoins pour un voyage en avion au départ de Bâle-Mulhouse.
