Great stay. Customer service was fantastic. Phoned prior to arrival after finding out I'd booked the wrong room. Phone was answered on all occasions. Hotel was fully booked on first night but Carly and team worked hard to try and find a solution. Second morning they informed me there was a family room which they had reserved for me and transferred it all with no fuss. Beefeater next door also has a small kids playground which was a bonus for us.

We have used this Premier Inn before as it is in a convenient location for visiting family. the room was clean and tidy. Good facilities for what we required and the staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming. As there is the Beefeater next door we used that each day for breakfast and had two evening meals there. The food is good and reasonably priced. They maybe could do with an extra person working front of house at breakfast time for those in a rush but as we were not in a hurry we were happy to wait. Overall we had a good stay and will happily return.

Stayed here many times & have minor mobility probs & I dont like to take disabled rooms but I call after booking and get room close to reception as unable to do stairs. Unfortunately I had a fall getting into bath for a shower and this hotel needs to change a few rooms to walk in showers. Even the disabled rooms still have baths not walk in showers. Staff were brilliant as usual and room very clean.

my issue is not about the room more about the bed linen. my sleep was not interupted by noise but by the quilt. i find all premier inn bed linen quillts tend to make me hoerheat so i wake up in the middle of the night and then cannot get back to sleep. i cannot use the air con as it is too loud.

Perfect stay, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere. Plenty of tea and coffee... Would be 100% perfect if there were EV Chargers

The hotel is small but tidy. Front desk staff friendly enough. Room was musty and smelled. Bed was horrible. Hard as the floor. Simply not able to sleep and had a long drive next morning. Back left in pain for days resulting in the need to take over the counter medication for it. Breakfast was basic. It’s pre cooked you just can’t help yourself. Served cold and bland. Had to go search for a waitress whom wasn’t so happy to be found. (Older heavy set woman) At over )100 a night for the room it’s not a matter how of cheap and cheerful. It’s poor quality and let down.

Fantastic. The place is spotless with the comfiest beds ever. Excellent power shower and a room with all you could need.Every team member we spoke to were polite friendly and so helpful. Only downside is you can't pre book early check in. Other than that its a great place to stay.

Absolutely fabulous, wonderful staff superb clean and well appointed room and the most comfortable hotel bed ever ever ! Smashing big bathroom and lots of room inside the hotel room to spread out and relax ! Fabulous breakfast and everyone couldn’t be more helpful .

Check in was at 3pm a bit late was not told about the 1pm check in for an extra £10 this should not be charged at all as most hotel do 1pm check in room was good but could have moved the sofa bed away from the window or out of the room altogether .
