Very near to the batam ferry terminal, just few minutes car ride to the hotel.
Room is quite big but shower amenities can be improved . The shower room has limited shower equipment.

Overall we had great time during our stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and willing to go extra mile to help the guests

The buffet breakfast has enough variety. The food was delicious. The room was just nice for us. For the rate we were paying, I would give 4-1/2 star for services and facilities.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Overall great stay, just the location is about 15 mins drive to city center. Near to batam center ferry terminal.

Have stayed in this hotel many times. Located in batam center. Staff are friendly. Price is cheap. Have swimmjng pool also
