Booked this beach resort after reading so much about it . There is not disappointment for the decision.
The hotel is on the other side of the airport and transport can be arranged by hotel to pickup or used the app "Grab".
The reception staff are super !!!
The room is really HUGE & the bed is good. Housekeeping staff work hard to keep the room clean & restock daily.
The pool is great with kids & adults alike. Floaties can be rent for a day rate . Bleach access is via a gate at the rear of the pool.
Foods are easy to find with the hotel or just a 15 mins walk to Ferringhi Walk or the nearby food centre

Met some unexpected circumstances. Vinud and his team members are responsive. They manage to helped us accordingly. Experience their rhythm and motion massage, and foot massage.

Good location and friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and good view to the beach. The breakfast was good and the facilities was nice.

Overall ok. Location ok only the facilities need to add more to make sure all families can enjoy their days not only to play at the pool. Maybe you can add additional areas like arcade games or any free play for the music and can add live events to make sure you all enjoy and play all the best music by the beatles and so on. One more thing, please inform where the hair dryer is located. I couldn't find that after I checked out time 😕

its Hard Rock Hotel man, what you want to say more? The service is rock solid. Everyone’s happy and cheerful. They’re fully booked when i get there and theres no parking in premise but hey, its Hard Rock. They provided another parking location 500m away with shuttle bus getting u back & forth the hotel. They room is nice with rock music playing when u entered, something no other hotel can do due to expensive music copyright they hv to pay. The pool is enormous and the kids area is adequate. Penang beach sands is not as fine as sands from west malaysia’s beaches but cant do much about that. But theres sands in the pool and around it so thats cool. LOVE THE BREAKFAST! its the best breakfast spread iv seen by far. And the overall vibe is really there i mean people are enjoying themselves, the staff’s great. I talk with few of them and even during pandemic they’re able to keep their jobs so thats sign of good employer. Overall, they rocked!

Return to hardrock Hotel Penang for a night stay, my last stayed was 10 years ago, everything remains the same, very well kept. Nice pool view room if you don't mind the loud music played early in the morning. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices, I personally like the nasi lemak very much. The hotel staffs are very warm and polite.

My first time check into this Hotel , I and my wife love this hotel from A-Z . Room is clean , staff is friendly , the design of this hotel is nice and the breakfast is one of the best we ever had. Really hard to find bad thing about this hotel and everything is just awesome. We will definitely come back to Hard Rock Penang again.
