First of I’ve always loved the Royalton resorts .I after trying most of them this one needs some work … .. that being said customer service is definitely a big one … while some of the staff go above and beyond some are completely clueless when is comes to a simple thing as a smile … I do have to say if you plan on visiting go with an open mind and don’t expect too much … I also have to shout out to a few of the staff there that went above and beyond to make some of the our undesirable mishaps better …some of the staff should clearly reconsider the hospitality industry …a big thank you to Jhoenmy our butler you definitely go above and beyond I wish u all the best , Jose Paulino you are an exceptional manager thank you … Fernando at the Dorado you are a gem along with your chef … you made my day with your special meals definitely will be back for that Octopus!!
On another note my trip did not start out great a few mishaps along the way but the people mentioned about surely changed it all … Susy Ramos at the hideaway check in you are a breath of fresh thank you for everything.
Now I regards to the hotel accommodation.. my suggestion is please renovate your bathrooms the fish bowl sinks are really not needed , the safe in the very tiny closet with the most awkward doors should be on the top shelf not where a person needs to go down on their knees to open it .. the lighting in the rooms are horrible your rooms need some updating blankets for the beds would be nice.
