Okyanus mavisinde yukarıdan aşağıya, odaya, yemeklere ve personele kadar harika zaman geçirdim. Onu kesinlikle harika yapan şey eğlenceydi. Tüm eğlence sanatçıları (Pokémon, mini cooper, jerry, morocha chipi hamer ve blue) 10 üzerinden 10'du.

Punta Cana'da harika zaman, harika yemekler, harika gösteriler, temiz odalar, özenli hizmet, Pokémon'dan HARİKA iş. Eğlence konusunda birinci sınıftı. Eğlence ekibi harika bir iş çıkardı ve haftamızın harika geçmesini sağladı.

Pek çok her şey dahil tesiste kaldım, bu nedenle ne bekleyeceğime dair iyi bir bilgi birikimine sahip olduğumu hissediyorum. Bu sefer beklentilerimin biraz fazla yüksek olduğunu hissediyorum. Tesis güzel olmasına rağmen eski ve yaşını gösteriyor. Otelin etrafındaki araziler güzel tutuldu ama plajı unuttular. Her zaman çöp vardı. Evet, bardakları aldılar ama bu kadar. Plaj partisi gecesinden sonra her şeyi bıraktılar. Çöpler, plaj sandalyeleri geri konulmamıştı, ortalık karışmıştı. Nihayet saat 8 civarında eşyaları geri koymak için aşağı indiler. Misafirler 6-6:30 gibi erken saatlerde sahilde oluyorlar, bu durum otel için utanç verici olsa gerek. Odamız her gün temizlendi ve buzdolabına günlük 4 su şişesi konuldu. İspanyolca bir not bıraktım, 8, hayır, sadece 4 istedim. Vardığımızda odada olmadıkları için resepsiyona gidip saç kurutma makinesi ve el bezi istemek zorunda kaldım. Odalarımızın hiçbirinde yıkama bezi yoktu ve 2 tanesinde saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. İlk sabah odamızda kahve yaptık, malzemeler hiç doldurulmadı. Bilginize, eğer bizim gibi erken kalkan biriyseniz, kahvehanede 7:30 seçeneği bulunmadığından, büfede saat 6'ya kadar kahve alabileceğiniz hiçbir yer yoktur. Bu nedenle, malzemelerinizi doldurmadıkları sürece beklemeye hazırlıklı olun. Özel bir spaya, 2 masaja, 2 yüz bakımına ve cilt bakımı hediyesine katıldık. Her ikisi de keyifliydi ancak cilt bakımı hediyesi, satmadıkları için kurtulmaya çalıştıkları bir serinin eski makyaj ürünüydü. Ben açık tenliyim ve koyu tenli birine pudra verdiler. Gerçekten mi? Bütün yemekler çok iyiydi. 5 özel restoranın tadını çıkardık. Ayrıcalıklı olmadığınız veya Sensei ya da et lokantası için rezervasyon yapmadığınız sürece, ilk gelen önce gelir, ayrıcalık olarak herhangi birinde rezervasyon yapabilir, diğer 2'si için rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekir. Rezervasyon gerektirmeyen Marina'ya gittik ve 'ihtiyacımız olduğu' söylendi ama 'kabul edip' bizi oturtacaklar diyeceğim. Bunun çok kaba olduğunu hissettik. Başka bir şey de plajda veya havuz çevresinde içecek servisi bulunmaması. Kendi içkimi alamayacağımdan değil ama tatildeyim ve beklentilerim var. Çalışan eksikliğinden dolayı bu hizmeti sağlayamamış olabileceklerini de anlıyorum, ancak Dominik Cumhuriyeti'ndeki insanların tembel olduğunu ve ailelerinin geçimini sağlamak için çalışmak istediklerini de düşünmüyorum. Umumi tuvaletler vuruldu ve özlendi. Bazen el sabununuz ve tuvalet kağıdınız vardı, bazen yoktu. Çoğu zaman yapmadın. Yukarıdaki yorumuma tekrar bakın. Konaklamamdan keyif aldım mı? Çoğunlukla evet. Geri dönecek miydim? HAYIR.

this is such an excellent hotel with amazing food and great service. the drinks are delicious, the shows are entertaining and the staff sexy boy and shaggy are so much fun. the beach is clean and there is always activities going on. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We were a group traveling with kids (3 rooms booked), and we unexpectedly found ourselves booking this hotel in an emergency situation. We had a 5 day trip in Punta Cana, our flight got canceled and we found this place where we stayed for another 3 nights. The resort is beautiful. The customer service is great. The food is wonderful, the buffet offers high quality food, compared to Impressive where we came from. It was easy to get in any specialty restaurant we wanted to book, the we dined at the steakhouse which was amazing. The young lady at the check in Iliana or Ariana with tattoos :-) was great. But , a big But :we didn't like our rooms! First, the resort has mosquito problems. The first night I could barely sleep due mosquito and I had asked for a treatment which they used the same product used outdoors, it was hard to breathe in. The rooms smelled musty, we asked for some scents. There was a construction defect that I reported, there were opening crack in the door, which may have led to unwanted visitors: croaker roaches!!! All 3 rooms had some type of roach presence.The housekeeping of the rooms need improvement. When we arrived the pull up sofa had some dirt, I had to request housekeeping . we didn't have hygiene problems at the restaurants but the big flying roaches in the room were traumatizing along with the mosquto bites.

We stayed in a privilege suite and I must say the service was phenomenal. Tomas was our personal butler and his service was remarkable. He responded to our messages in a timely manner and made sure we knew what was happening on a daily basis. WONDERFUL STAFF.

The resort itself was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous and the beach at the end of the hotel was stunning. The is the main reason for 4/5 rather than 3/5. To start, we were moved room 3 times due to either someone else being already in our room or the room key simply not working… we arrived late in the evening and dragging our cases back and to from the blocks to the reception in the humidity wasn’t the best start to the holiday. The gentleman at the reception was very apologetic and upgraded our room to apologise - so this was a nice gesture. The food was nice, I was excited by the prospect of a few different restaurants in the hotel. The a la cart was fine, nice selection of food every day, but it was sweltering in there. Made it difficult to enjoy the food for the heat and humidity personally. The other restaurants were fine - I enjoyed the Mexican and the Italian, but didn’t go to the Japanese or steak house restaurants due to the extra costs. We had a crappy experience at the American diner (it was our last night too) the lady outside arranging the tables was incredibly rude - let us stand outside waiting for a table for 2 for 40 minutes only to tell us at this time, that she was she was only accepting tables for 4???? (We were stood with 3 other couples so no one was allowed a table). The sports bar was nice - they made a big effort to put the Euros on and open up early due to the game being on at 12. Although this also had no air conditioning so we were all sliding off the bar stools! Some staff were lovely - particularly Joinery Mercedes (from the pool bar). She was so friendly and excellent at her job!! And the gentleman who takes the luggage to the room was so friendly and couldn’t do more for us when we had the issues checking in. But I found that a lot of the staff could be rude. Particularly at the other pool bar and the a la carte restaurant. Kinda puts a downer on things, when you’ve paid X amount for an amazing holiday, but are greeted with rudeness. We did tip as we were told this was what people do here, and exchanged our notes into dollar bills for this reason. However with some of the staff being so rude it made it difficult. Overall, it was a nice holiday. Made great by the accommodation itself and the fact we were all inclusive. I probably wouldn’t rush back - definitely had a better holiday in the Dominican elsewhere.
