It is perfect but service was bad I asked for shampoo took more than one hour to bring it after 4 times call. Everything was beautiful and staff nice people.

Kaldığımdan çok hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Tesisin sözde her şey dahil olmasına rağmen personel, bahşiş verilmediği sürece iyi müşteri hizmeti sunmak istemedi. Yemekler berbattı, tüm ailem kusma ve ishal hastasıydı. Birinci kattaki otel odalarında - koridorda ishal olan ve pantolonunu çıkaran bir kişinin yemekten dolayı tansiyonunun yükseldiğine şahit oldum. Hasta olduğum için birkaç gün otel odasında kaldım. En korkutucu kısım - son gecemiz yatağa giderken - duvar dekoru duvardan düştü - Tanrıya şükür ki bir yaşındaki çocuğumuz yatakta yatmıyordu yoksa kim bilir ne olurdu. Genel olarak bir aile çocuğu dostu gezi - cehennemden bir yolculuk olduğu ortaya çıktı. Keşke maddi olarak bile ödemeseydik. Bu otel denetlenmeli - burayı kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum - sıhhi ve korkunç müşteri hizmetleri değil. Yemeklerin berbat olduğunu bir kez daha vurguluyorum. Ben, kocam ve üç çocuğum da sürekli kusuyor.

So I haven’t been to punta Cana in over 10 yrs and now it’s time to back to a place I love. However this resort didn’t have the vibe or the service. It was great for kids with the water slides but everything else was ok. The restaurant were book so you couldn’t get in. The food was ok. They didn’t have much entertainment at night for children or if they did no one told you about it. The mini zoo was great. The property is huge and shuttle were good. I wouldn’t go back to this resort because there so many other places in punta Cana to visit. Also me and my wife got sick when got back home.

The facility needs updates. The tiles on the pools were chipped and many were completely missing. The kids water slides area is definitely worn out also.
We had to switch rooms as our first room had a pair of mens underwear left in the bathroom and the staff offered us nothing but an excuse as to "sometimes they clean in a hurry and things get missed." They moved us to a room further away and offered nothing else for us except a "discount" which was not a discount after looking up the price difference online. Either way, we were then told the said upgrade was not available anyways.
The buffets and restaurants were all well kept and clean.

The resort is amazing and huge there is an activity for everyone. The food is great . The only thing i did not like there were no smoking areas designated so people could smoke everywhere they like i travel with small children and that was an inconvenient.

Fast check in! Staff is super friendly. There are a few a la carte restaurants around the resort which are a good switch up to the buffet. Resort provides transportation that go around the whole resort which is super convenient to take you all over. The beach is very close by and accessible.

We had a horrible experience the servers were very rude the dining area was very humid and tables were very sticky when we asked for help for finding a table we were told to look for it on our own the food was horrible the dining area wasn’t very clean I had to chase the servers down for a drink of water the food was limited the pool was not clean the hotel did not smell nice at all it was not a good experience and We are very disappointed

I don’t feel the place is clean , the food wasn’t good and I didn’t see much of variety in the restaurant , pools where not clean at all either the kids one

This is the fifth time that my family and I go and we always leave satisfied, without a doubt the customer service and the service make the difference, this time we stayed in a swimout room and the experience was very fun, highlighting Maria's service in the bar in front of the water park and Jocefina in the main buffet two jewels of the princess!
