Chandler the front desk attendant was absolutely awesome and very friendly and definitely helped makes myself feel welcomed! I will only come here when visiting Beaumont!

I liked the layout of the hotel and amenities . I didn't understand the trashliners not being in the trash cans. We as the guests of the hotel had to complete the task for lining the trash cans in our rooms everyday. I found that very strange.

Didn’t end up staying and they took my money anyways. That’s not cool and I won’t be using ******* for any bookings ever again. I loved ******* and used it for every booking I made but after this..no more!

It seems like it was a nice property at one point that is now run down! The bathroom was not clean and the bed mattress is worn out! It was hot and the people were very loud in the hallway and next door! We got 0 rest!

We had to request toilet paper and clean towels since the room appeared to not had been cleaned properly before

It was an amazing night away for me and my wife. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay

The hotel was nice enough. We were put outside the elevator so we heard loud dings all night. Also the doors slam if you let them shut by themselves. Very loud. Workers were very nice and helpful. Room did not smell which is huge for us!

Average. Could have been cleaner but wasn't filthy. Could use renovation, broken fixtures in room and the building itself seems outdated. Friendly staff, ac/heater worked perfect and no problem with water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special
