the hotel would really need to be refreshed. Looks like it's stuck in the 80s.

Hôtel désuet ,les chambres sont désuètes et la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous!!!!
Le service aux chambres est inexistant et la réception n’est pas réceptive à nos demandes.
Des poils et des graines de saletés partout dans la salle de bain.
Les revêtements de plancher sont détériorés,les panneaux d’armoires ne ferment pas et le frigo n’est jamais nettoyé d’une location à l’autre.
Bref jamais nous allons y retourner!!!

200$ la nuit ne fait même pas le nettoyage des chambres le jour.
Ne remplace même pas les serviettes il faut descendre à l’accueil pour en avoir.
Il avait même des graines de biscuits dans la toilette de notre chambre

Bon service, spa parfaitement chaud, propre.
Le subway, tim horton, st-hubert, mecdo sont juste à côté de l'hôtel.
Seul hic, le réseau internet est médiocre, mais c'est vraiment le seul inconvénient.

Le service était excellent, le personnel courtois et attentionné.
Le chambre était très propre de même que l'emsemble de l'hôtel, le hall et l'étage sur lequel nous étions.
Par contre, j'ai trouvé l'air climatisé de la chambre très bruyant.
J'ai aussi trouvé que la chambre était mal insonorisé, j'entendais assez bien la douche des chambres voisines le matin.
En tout, je donnerais la note de 3/5. C'est tout de même un bon rapport qualité/prix, je voyageais par affaire et souhaitais une chambre peu dispendieuse pour une nuit et je devais quitter tôt.

Great location, close to restaurants. The pool and hottub were great for the kids but the rooms were dated, moldy and unclean.

We had such a great time at Ambassadeur Hotel. We went during march break with our 3 kids. They had a blast with the pool, the arcade and the bouncy castles. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. It is also close to restaurants so it’s easy to go out to eat or order in. The price is also unbeatable. I would recommend staying there.

A 3 day stay for Carnival. No room service unless you are there a week. Looks like it needs a refit, hallways missing carpet squares etc
