Great stay, though 2nd floor neighbors kept coming & going all night. Started a loud car every hour or so & drove out, drove back. Running a delivery service out the room?

This is an older hotel with weird parking and our bed was actually tilted. Saving grace is that it is very inexpensive in todays market plus it's easy to get beck on the turnpike. Coffee in the morning, but only powdered creamer sort of place.

The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. She answered all of my questions. She also helped me with the tv.

Floors could have been a lot cleaner. I had to borrow a mop to clean the bathroom floor.

Was working in Niles a few days and found this Fairview hotel off 76. It was worth 20bmiles to job. Very kind employees and clean comfortable room. Nice restaurant bar ajoining hotel and fast food places accross the street.

The room was clean, although very outdated. I am extremely disappointed in the management. Our sink had no running water and the phone didn't work. While the front desk personnel was very helpful the manager never called as promised and the items were never fixed. He was left messages 3 times and I still have not received a response.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked 4 rooms but there were only 3 when I went to the hotel to look things over but the lady at the desk helped me by signing me up for another room.
What I didn't like about the property the one king room we had did not have hot water. One room was okay with no problems. But the 3rd room had no hot water in the bathroom sink & when we turned on the water it ran onto the floor. We also had no hot water in our shower. The room was clean and acceptable other than the above listed items. The cost for the rooms weren't expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.
