Otel 1820 den beri konaklama amacı ile kullanılıyor. İçine girdiginiz andan itibaren geçmişe gidiyorsunuz. Nostaljik ve romantik. temizlik mükemmeldi, kahvaltısı da cok güzeldi.Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim kadar memnun kaldık. Bu otelde İsviçre’de oldugunuzu iliklerinize kadar hissediyorsunuz 💕

Very comfortable stay. Excellent room. Very quiet and clean. Pricey meal. Big bedrooms with a tub and views of the Beautiful Luzern lake. Wish we had had more time to get to know the surroundings. Easy access to the road but not noisy.

We received a great welcome, clear explanations and all amenities provided. The room was beautiful beyond expectations. A charming hotel with an extremely friendly owner. We love this place and will come back!

It was our first time visiting Switzerland and we really enjoyed our time and our stay. From the room, to the staff, to the breakfast and dinner -- the hotel was a true authentic swiss experience. 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful, the rooms are stunning and all different. A lot of taste and something g bit atypical! The dinner/restaurant is also wonderful. A great place and location. We will go back for sure as we loved it. Now it is not cheap but it is worth.

A small, clean hotel in an excellent location overlooking Lake Lucerne with very friendly staff. We paid a premium to stay in a large, loft room and the bed was so uncomfortable and creaky that neither of us slept. They tried to remedy the situation but what was really needed was a whole new bed! We were also a little annoyed also to find that most people staying were part of an inclusive package whereby bed, breakfast and evening meal were included - and they were paying a special package price. Our bill for the 2 nights and one 3 course meal in the hotel’s restaurant (including a tip and the equivalent of a bottle of wine) cost over £1200. Too expensive for what we actually got.

We are extremely delighted by our stay at this lovely hotel. We were s big group of people including 4 kids 3 and half y.o. Conny and Gosia, the hosts, made impossible to accommodate us and his communication was prompt and active, as well as friendly and with personal touch. Even before reaching the hotel I was sure we will get the best. The food at the restaurant is utmost! Gosia, the chief, cook a special different menu every day. This I found very special. They prepare the food with many local products, admire for that! The food is more than delicious and deserve a Michelin star. Elmar was also great with his overall service, lovely guy! Would love to come back again.

Superb location, wonderful and welcoming hostess for whom nothing was a problem. . Simple check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean and very well presented completely Sadly unable to sample to sample the breakfast or dinner.
