No staff on hand for check in or problem solving.
Had to call a phone number to get shoddy service from an unkempt clerk. No heat in room,linens were dirty sink and tub had not been cleaned.
Promised a refund. I’ll believe it when I see it

I slept in a room that was very uncomfortably cold. The heat unit wasn’t working properly and there were no extra blankets to cover up with. Other than that it was a peaceful location.

The staff was super nice but there was bugs all over the room, we bought bug spray and sprayed the room. We upgraded to a kitchenette, which just meant a broken hot plate but no other items that a usual kitchenette has (plates, pans, etc). We have stayed here before without issues however this trip will be our last time. I hesitated leaving this review because the staff were and have always been so nice.

My room was not ready. Overbooked. But ready soon after. Nice room no elevator and stairs a a bit sketchy...need to be renovated. The stairs. The rooms have been upgraded. I found a full set of clothing in my room. I am assuming hotel staff did not do a great job of cleaning. Blankets very thin..need thicker comforters. Or just comforters.

Only two towels, and we asked for more and never received any.

It’s ok the manager and the house keeper was very nice and friendly the housekeeper made sure we had enough towels for our stay and checked up on us I would stay again the next time in Beeville
