Beijing Guomao Jingsongqiao Ruibeiting Apartment Hotel

A very nice and clean apartment hotel. Easy to get around. Only the subway is a bit far. Definitely will come again as I love the room. Very high tech room with voice control.

Good: hot shower, bed, pillow, cleaning service, 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer in room and outside of room if need more, spacious. Near halal restaurants and halal street. Plenty of supermarkets around. This place has more locals than tourists. A distance to the metro but 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. 30 minutes bus ride to Temple of Heaven. Healpful staff even without English, i see them using apps to talk to guests who dont speak Chinese. Not good: there is a supermarket downstairs whose staff likes loud music at 4am, i unfortunately was in a room that got direct access to the 4am music. It stops at 8am.

Location is acceptable and easy to hail for taxis but surrounding shops and eateries close pretty early as it is around residential regions. Else, all is good. Hotel room bit small but bonus it is equipped with washing machine with dryer.

16mins walk to the nearest train station, plenty of food nearby. There's a McDonald's, KFC and a halal food restaurant. There's a local fresh food wet market downstairs as well

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after staying at Beijing Guomao Jingsongquiao Ruibeiting for 5 nights where my visit was marred by a series of frustrating issues. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not prepared to provide the level of service one would expect, especially for the price. 1. Broken AC: The most significant problem during our stay was the broken air conditioning. Our room was uncomfortably hot, and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk, there was no offer of a solution. They couldn't move us to another room (which was disappointing in itself), and they didn’t seem able to fix the AC either. Instead, we were left to suffer in the heat, which made it difficult to sleep and really impacted the overall quality of our stay. 2. Wi-Fi Not Working: To add insult to injury, the hotel Wi-Fi was completely non-functional throughout our entire stay. When we asked about it, the staff seemed unaware of the issue and had no clear answer as to when it would be fixed. For a hotel that markets itself as offering modern amenities, the lack of reliable internet was not just an inconvenience, but also a significant problem, especially for guests who rely on Wi-Fi for work or communication. 3. Lack of Support from Staff: What made the situation worse was the lack of initiative or support from the hotel staff. There were no suggestions on how they could remedy the situation – no offer to help us find a different room or even bring in fans for the AC issue. It felt like once they had our payment, they were done with us. Customer service was, at best, indifferent. In the end, we were left feeling stranded and frustrated, with little recourse or empathy from the hotel management. I expected much more for the price I paid, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes customer feedback seriously and works to resolve these fundamental issues for future guests. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. With broken AC, no Wi-Fi, and a lack of assistance from the staff, it was a very disappointing experience.

Only issue is hardly to get a taxi because of the location. You need to add extra to catch one when you used an application to get a ride
