Good location, it’s on a Dashilan street. Check in was earlier than it should be, room was clean, in bathroom I found even hair balm, that’s nice.

Affordable and nice room in a great tourist location, shower didn't have a curtain or door though which was a shame

The staff is very friendly & helpful! The hotel is very easy to reach and most attractions like Tiananmen Square are nearby. I can recommend seeing the Summer Palace as well!
The hotel is located in a vivid street, every day there is a lot of action, shops, restaurants and more. The music usually stopped at 22:00 pm, so everyone has a calm night.
Everyday, there is a refill of free water in the room and the housekeeping did a great job!

It's situated right in the heart of a pedestrian road, with all the tourist stalls and shops etc.
Service is amazing even though they don't speak English but everyone was happy to help us out and communicate via translators. We've had a bit of a situation with the taxi(left phone behind) and receptionist (sorry didn't get the name) was absolutely amazing to help us out and to call driver as we didn't have regular sims but esim! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH AGAN!!!

Disgusting staff - reception don’t know how to call for a taxi! Wifi doesn’t work for foreign tourists. Staff are sleeping during working hours at a desk or smoking right in front of the customers. People like this should be fired and replaced with people that can handle service industry.
