Zero support from an arrogant staff They know I am traveling with a baby and showed no respect Not only this but they rejected a 15 mn late check out to feed my baby and collect her belongings Totally uncomfortable and will never visit again They did not welcome

I always stay at this property whenever I visit Lebanon whether it’s a short or long visit, by myself or with my better half! Very friendly and accommodating staff and it shows from the minute they receive you at their valet lot. Smiles all around which makes for an amazing vibe altogether.

This is maybe my 6th or 7th stay at Lancaster Plaza All of them were to conduct a training minimum to 10 attendees This morning, the receptionist refused to give me 1 hour late check out and insisted on stopping the training and doing the check out despite that the lunch break is one hour later The least customer centricity!! Last time reservation

Properly need fixing, room are old now, but great view and location is great, parking way too expensive 8$ a day I expected 5 as per the site, some issue with Tv but was resolved.

We booked this hotel via ******* because of the free shuttle service they have. It’s the most expensive of the Lancaster chain of hotels (Lancaster suites, hotels &plaza) We gave the exact information of our arrival to the hotel beforehand and we were assured that our name will be displayed and someone will help us. There was no one! We ended up taking a cab and the hotel blamed us! I don’t think I’d stay there ever again

The main reason to choose this hotel was to have the peace of mind of having a free shuttle service which we were assured that it’ll be there when we arrive but it wasn’t!
We gave the specific information of our arrival and we were told that our name will be displayed once we clear immigration but that was not the case! There was no one! And we went back and forth looking for what we were promised but it was of no use. So we hired a cab and the hotel refused to pay the cab and blamed us for not looking for their guy at the airport!
It was very bad experience that we won’t repeat again
We’ve stayed many times at Lancaster hotel and Lancaster suites when Mr. Omar was the manager and we had no issues whatsoever but now we paid more money to stay at the plaza thinking that it’s a better option but it’s not. We’d never stay again at Lancaster plaza
The attitude of the receptionist and the whole experience wasn’t pleasant
