5 Mayısta bu otelde konakladık tur ile 6mayıs sabah 9 da ayrılırken odada kol çantamı (cüzdanım içindeydi.) unutmuşum yolda farkedince rehbere bilgi verdim oda hemen oteli arayıp haber verdi bilgilerimi telimi paylaştı.Kargo yapılmasını istedi.Otel kabul etti.Aradan 2 hafta geçtikten sonra hiç bir ses çıkmadı bende mail yazdım ilk bitanesinde resmî bayram veremedik dediler sonraki hafta yoğunduk dediler.Daha sonra cevap vermediler En son çok özür dileriz kargoya vereceğiz dediler.Tam 2 aydır beni bu şekilde oyalıyorlar.Bir çantayı kargolamak bu kadar zor olmamalı.Otele hiç yakıştıramadım gerçekten bu kadar mağdur bırakıldığımı hiç hatırlamıyorum. Gerçekten çok yazık.

It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes.
Or is that the right image you wanted potrayed as it was in a miserablel part of a miserable tow

Very dated and worn out hotel. Thin walls, noisy, slamming doors. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so the basics are there. The staff was friendly.

This is a good hotel for the city. Rooms are comfy and clean, housekeeping staff lovely, and breakfast plenty. Not the best Ibis Styles I've been in, but quite good for Belfort (the Novotel there is a bit below average too). My only reservation is the male staff at the reception, who are a bit stiff and could do with a bit more warmth. But in these difficult times, everyone was trying their best to make us feel homely, which was great.

I stayed for 8 days!The rooms weren't cleaned every day, the personnel was unfriendly especially with people from other country! Boring breakfast,every day the same! Dangerous neighbourhood in Belfort!!

Received a key from the reception for my room to check in, went to the room, and there was somebody else in the room. Went back to the reception, waited another 30 mins for them to figure out which room is available. No apologies. Terrible experience.

Hôtel qui n'a aucun style à part celui du délabrement ! Chambre vieillissante qui devrait être remise au propre ! Cage d'escalier pareil ! Heureusement personnel sympa. Buffet petit-déjeuner pas mal Parking gratuit On a vérifier la literie : pas de punaises de lit
