Otel çok iyi, şehir merkezinde, Moskova Oteli ve Cumhuriyet Meydanı'na sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor. Oda temizdi ve çok büyük değildi, ancak bir iş gezisinde iki gece kaldıysanız oldukça iyiydi. Oteli bulmak kolay değil, vardığınızda ev sahibiyle iletişime geçin, o size oraya nasıl gideceğinizi söyleyecektir.

Nispeten harap bir binada yer aldığından tespit edilmesi zordur. Bina tesisleri nispeten eski ve asansör tasarımı da eski tarz, kullanımdan sonra kapı kapatılmazsa asansör kullanılamaz. Resepsiyon 24 saat hizmet vermiyor. Vardığımızda saat zaten 10'du. Neyse ki uluslararası bir telefon numarası var, aksi takdirde check-in yapmak için personelle iletişime geçemezdik. Ancak oda olanakları iyi, her gün temizleniyor, çok düzenli.

Çok berbat bir otel. Orada kalmayın. İnternet bağlantısı berbat. Oda eski moda bir Avrupa mahallesinde. Asansör de eski ve korkutucu. Servis personeli, korkunç olan yeri bile temizlemedi.

Location was perfect, and the room itself was super clean. Would recommend. Only thing is that it is hard to get in contact with them. Nobody was there during our stay and had to call multiple numbers multiple times to eventually get the codes for the room

Eveything was amazing apart from the lady that runs the apar**ents, she was chasing me around from the fist day to pay some taxes that were over $100 for a 4 night stay, which wasnt even the issue, it was her rude attitude, telling me that people run away, and how its happened in Belgrade before, so i was getting treated exactly like that from day one, and as i was on holidays my priority wasn't Ivana, and paying taxes ( that i wasnt even aware of in the first place) i was trying to enjoy some time with my kids, but instead felt uncomfortable every time i came back into the room. She was knocking on my door 2x while i was showering and again while i was on the phone, demanding money. Even though i had another 2 days left. Overall, if i take her out of the picture, it was great, parking is terrible, but available for an extra 25euro a day. Hotel location is great and the other househeapers are amazing.

Location excellent. Clean and comfortable. Some difficulties with adjusting the water in the shower and rain shower head not working. Need to put the passcode for WiFi somewhere Either in the room or reception.

Pros: location, room is upgraded, good service when they’re on premises Cons: building is old, shower was cumbersome, elevator is antique

We were apprehensive when we arrive at the building as it didn’t look so good from the outside of an old building. Especially when you go inside and see the antiquated elevator. However when you get out of the lift it’s a whole different story. The hotel appears to have been created from converting a whole floor of a grade listed building building. Which is why the outside entrance and lift have to be preserved. You are given security codes to enter the hotel front door which takes you into the reception area which was unmanned as we arrived late in the evening. The rooms are all on the same floor as the reception. Access your room with another security code. Room couldn’t have been better. Clean, large and modern. The lady on reception Ivana was really helpful and provide you with coffee pods for the Macon’s in reception and instant for your room which has a kettle and fridge. Location is perfect right in the middle of the old town. We booked a taxi for early morning departure to airport with Ivana and it was there right on time. Staying in Belgrade? don’t look any further than here for a short trip. Wonderful.
