When we c/in they put us on the ground floor despite of requesting a high floor, due to GF is always too much traffic. I was kinda ok with it, until 15min later, i could clearly hear people walking, talking, and all kinds of noise. I called the Front desk if they have any other jacuzzi suite other than on the ground Floor, she said they are all sold out and she has no other room for me to move in. I was not convinced so i jump on their website, and indeed they have jacuzzi rooms available. I waited till the next shift comes in, and i called using my phone, and was asking for availabilities for a jacuzzi suite. She said they have jacuzzi suites available. So the previous shift lied because either she did not want us to move room,or she just didnt want to deal with the hassle.As a platinum and IHG ambassador member, i find this hotel cares less about their guests. That did not end their: I had to leave for work that day while my husband staying in our hotel room, I had an emergency and had to call the hotel to connect me to my room coz my husband's phone is not ringing. After she transferred me twice, she said that the room phone seems like not working coz the call keeps going back to her. I said ok let me call 911 then.Came back to hotel at 4am and wanted a late c/out but nobody's at the front desk. I went back to FD 8:30am to ask for a late c/o at 2pm. I was asleep when the HK knocked at 12:10pm (check out time). So the FD wasnt listening then when i asked for 2pm late C/o.
