The room was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable/ the heating situation was a bit confusing but once you figured it out the heat worked great!

During my recent visit to your establishment, I encountered various issues that detracted from the overall guest experience, including discrepancies in rates and concerns about cleanliness, parking, and staff professionalism. These issues highlight the need for improved communication, customer service engagement, and prompt resolution of guest concerns to ensure a top-notch experience for future visitors.

Did not like the fact that the original listing is in US funds. A shock when you get the bill if you don't know. Do not like that there are not elevators so you are charged an extra $10 to get a ground floor. Should be mentioned in the listing. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Need more blankets for beds.

I was disappointed that my “recently renovated” room was updated maybe 15 years ago, but it was clean, unlike the hallways and stairs, which were dirty and in very poor repair. The breakfast was pretty good and I appreciated the guest laundry. Tonight I’m in a first class hotel in Toronto for the same price. Hmmmm

The place was fine. It is somewhat dated and could use some upgrades. The coffee at breakfast was the worse I ever had anywhere.

My hubby and I love to stay at the Comfort Inn. It is close to where we have to be for recreational activity. They have an excellent breakfast, which is included in our nightly fee.
Our vehicle is safe, and we can see it from our room. We always get a non-smoking room, which is always clean.
I do think they need to put a topper on their beds tho; it felt hard as a rock; but I was so tired I didn't care. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good rate, lovely staff and excellent service.

AC was not working in room. Room was 81 degrees and despite having another empty room front desk would not move us to that room.

The person at the front desk was cordial but not overly friendly. No mention was made of a breakfast. Pretty sure I booked a renovated room. This one certainly was not renovated!! The couch is lumpy, stained, looked dirty and was very uncomfortable. My room was by the stairwell so doors upstairs and downstairs were banging all hours.
