I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at the Red Roof inn.My family and I encountered several issues that severely impacted our stay, and I feel compelled to bring these matters to your attention.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a repugnant odor emanating from our assigned room. This unpleasant stench permeated the entire space and significantly detracted from our comfort. Additionally, upon further inspection, we discovered a dirty towel left in the bathroom, further adding to our dismay.
Seeking resolution, I promptly approached the hotel employee on duty and conveyed our concerns. Regrettably, the response I received was wholly inadequate. The employee advised that there were no alternative rooms available for us to switch to, effectively leaving us with no recourse to address the issue.
Furthermore, our dismay continued to mount as we found only one dirty towel available for use, with a notable absence of essential amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Subsequent attempts to address these deficiencies with the hotel staff proved equally fruitless.
