Hotel la Luna

The rooms are outdated, bathroom is just dirty, breakfast is almost nothing, staff looks and work like they don’t want to be there at all. When ordering an espresso and a coke, they brought two espressos, they didn’t want to fix it, we had to pay for both. The bathroom was not cleaned well, there were still hairs from the previous people in the shower and water on the floor. The rooms are supposed to be sound proof, but definitely aren’t, sound on the hallway the entire night, and you hear the snoring of other guests in the hotel from different floors. Curtains are also broken, and don’t make it any darker in the room. The windows are not sound proof at all either, you hear everything (ok, it’s a city we don’t expect it to be quiet at all, but this was next level). When checking out the price of the room was higher than showcased on *********** (by 10% approximately).

Très bonne situation géographique. Hôtel propre, personnel à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner correct. Un peu de bruit la nuit dû au voisinage de la route. L'odeur de la cigarette du café rentre dans la chambre quand on ouvre la fenêtre.

Pues solo había una toalla, he pedido otra en recepción y han pasado de mí, él aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Todo un caos. El aparato de meter la llave estaba roto, la ducha también, por lo demás la habitación grande y la cama limpia

Personnel très sympa, mais absence totale du Directeur: aucun contrôle! 1) Nous sommes passés le lundi 9/01/23 afin de réserver pour la nuit du mercredi 11: un tarif nous est indiqué. En arrivant le 11, nous avons dû le renégocier car le Directeur l'avait supprimé. 2) salle d'eau moyennement propre, car non contrôlée, avec du shampooing entamé dans la douche. Dommage, car les chambres sont bien et insonorisées des bruits du boulevard. 3) Accrochez-vous maintenant: le dîner étant inclus dans notre forfait (avec un plafond, mais nous le savions à l'avance), nous commandons. Tout d'abord, l'inévitable "y en a pas"! Puis, nous découvrons que ces repas sont fabriqués à l'extérieur dans un autre restaurant: résultat, les plats arrivent froids et sont infects. EVITEZ! Qui plus est; la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement détail mineur, mais qui montre l'état de cet établissement inauguré en 2016!
