Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

Room was huge. I liked the shower, microwave and king sized bed. We enjoyed the free hot breakfast and coffee. Convenient location and fair price

Even though there is a smoking area provided. Guest seem to stand right outside the mid entrance area to smoke & talk loudly on phone at all hours of the day & night! And both nights someone sat in their car outside my room playing loud music after 10pm. The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the ladies that clean the rooms! They wished me a good evening or good night.. and asked if I was enjoying my visit.

When we entered our room a strong musty, damp smell was present. We opened the windows, but being that we were on the first floor, we couldn’t leave them open. Three hours into our stay, our air conditioning unit shorted out and wouldn’t restart. We let the front desk know and they said they were going to call a maintenance technician to come and look at the air conditioner. Maintenance never arrived, and we asked to switch to a different room. The front desk attendant agreed to allowing us to switch rooms, but only after we insisted. The hotel is aging and needs a good upgrade and deep cleaning, but the breakfast area was very nice and the grounds were well maintained.

It's possible that they didn't realize how they were coming across. If you encounter unfriendly staff in the future, here are a few steps you can take: 1. Stay calm and polite: Although it can be frustrating, it's important to remain calm and polite in your interactions. Being respectful may help defuse the situation and encourage the staff to respond positively. 2. Staff was so nice and courteous, very clean. And the breakfast included was delicious and fully stocked.

The property was quiet and nice but the rooms smell like urine,

We loved the small perks like specialty coffees water bottle filling stations and great hot breakfast was included. Very nice.

You should have rooms for people that are allergic to pets. We both had an allergic reaction because there must have been pets previously in the room. Everything else was good.

Hotel was noisy. There were people running around upstairs and in the hallway all night. Also a lot of freeway noise. I will choose a different place next time.
