From the first moment we entered we said WOW. This is the place I would like to live. Apartment is bright and modern. Bedrooms are big enough and both with double beds. Cabinets and drawers - enough to keep all family clothes. Kitchen with all amenities you need, big fridge, owen, microwave, coffee machine inductive cooker. Sitting area is open plan with kichen, large smart tv, stereo system, very quick wifi 300mb/s tested. The most amazing is the view, true all windows in open plan sitting area and kitchen you can see stunning Benidorm lagoon. Last but not least one of walls in sitting area is open plan glass wall that can be open in full and then you can enjoy not only spectacular view day and night but also fresh sea breeze. Aircon is programmable and works in all rooms. There is no way you can survive without it in super hot spanish days and nights. There is also laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Location is so great that you don't need to rent a car. All what you need is on the door step. Nearest shop 200m, beach 300m, pub/bar 250m. These is shop that works until 2am and takeaway that works until 5am. Bank 450m beside there is taxi stop. We used taxi all time 1km 0.80eur. To go to waterpark, zoo, carousel park, go karting, dolphinarium, lidl cost with taxi 10-15eur one way. If you want to rent electric scooter or bike 20eur/day 500m away from apartment. Scooter bike 45eur/day same location. Parasailing, cable ski waterbords, jet sky, banana rides, snorkling and diving 300m. Pool is great runaway if you wan't some privacy and relax. Specialy if you travel with kids. From 2pm until 5pm there is always nobody there. You have same view of lagoon, sunbeds, shower and two massive toilets with changing area for male and female. If you give up on sun there is 5 tables with 4 chairs each that stay in shadow untill 7pm. Pool area is cleaned every morning and works untill 9pm. Landlord Havi is amazing man and profesional host. Honest and friendly. He will provide any help just ask. Owerall - this apartment was best choice. Ticked all the boxes. Recommend to everyone. If we go again to Benidorm we will stay here again no questions.
