This hotel is a gem for the price you pay. First of all the breakfast is fantastic, fresh hot and delicious. Staff are very friendly and d helpful. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Right on the ***** and a few minutes walk to the beach. Yes the decor is dated but who cares the beds were so comfortable, air con worked great, showers were hot and powerful, had a really good hair dryer too. Felt safe leaving possessions in the room too. Will definitely go back.

Loved thishotel clean friendly staff location is great breakfast was lovely loads if choice pool is brilliant basic but good after staying in many hotels this was one of the nicestwould highly recommend booking again soon close to everyhing shops *****s restaurants

Had a great stay for 5 nights Smashing location Lovely little hotel Friendly Staff Nice clean spacious rooms Fantastic Breakfast, good selection and piping hot Pool area was nice but pool was freezing cold, best to jump straight in then very freshing Heard bad reports about this hotel but honestly couldn't fault it, will definitely be back

Brilliant hotel. Don't listen to negative reviews. Staff so freindly. Lovely swimming pool. Perfect location. Excellent prices and definite value for money. I'm going to book this hotel every time now. Reception are fantastic too. Highly recommended.

Was totally dreading this hotel due to the reviews but they couldn't have been more wrong! Hotel was spotlessly clean, decor was dated but certainly didn't bother us. Breakfast was really good and also had gluten free options for my friend the chef would cater for her well. Location was really good and the pool area was great. Our room was spacious and beds probably one of the comfiest I've found abroad. The staff were excellent, friendly and cheerful and still helping me out even back home as I had forgotten something important. If I was to return to benidorm I would certainly have no issues returning to this hotel. (If you could please give me the email address, as I think I have picked it up wrong)

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The only area for improvement would be the selection at the hotel bar. While the service was excellent, I would love to see a wider variety of beers and ciders available. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return. I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel, close to the beach and nightlife, friendly staff, could do with more variety of drinks in the bar, only a couple of beers on offer, the rooms are nice with comfortable beds and air con, plenty of places to eat and drink close by, overall I would return though.

Lovely 7 day stay here, room very basic but that's all u need really. Can't thank Alberto for sorting the room change so quickly on our arrival. All staff very friendly & helpful. Will defo return to this hotel, cental to everything aswell !!!

Brilliant hotel for a three star you have everything. Staff wonderful, clean and absolutely no issues. We loved the seating outside of the front and for where it’s situated you would not think what it is next to. I will definately come back and I’m used to 5 start hotels xxx
