Overall a fantastic place to stay, staff were friendly and I could not complain about the service either. The hotel was a little dated and a little dirty, however that did not affect my stay at all. No complaints either about the food and drink choices, being on an all inclusive holiday that is always important and passed the test for sure! We were visiting for the half marathon - it was a great location for that event as was right next to the race village and the finish line. My bathroom bidet was put in a strange place and affected my leg room on the toilet which along with the cleanliness and dated décor of the hotel in places prevented me from giving a this a 5 star review. I have attached a picture of the Bidet. Overall though - well done and thumbs up for sure.

Stayed here with a friend got a cheap deal all inclusive Rooms are basic but beds were comfy Tried to ask for extra pillows to be told there weren’t any. We were lucky and got a balcony room as a lot of rooms don’t have balconies Plenty of hot water and clean towels Food was ok & we always found something to eat Yes a lot of Spanish guests but we never had any issues Pool is on 7th floor & the lifts are rubbish it’s a long walk up or down No outside space on the ground floor to sit and have a drink and for this reason I wouldn’t return However it’s in a good location for the old town and a 10 min walk to the beach

We have stayed here about seven times now and it's my favourite hotel in Benidorm is close to the old town and Levante beach and shops and bars.Its got a brilliant roof top terrace with loads of sun beds and a undercover swimming pool.The rooms are large with some having balconies the rooms on the 7th Floor where the swimming pool is has balconies with sunbeds and table and chairs which are facing the hotel opposite. The beds are very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is great always got lots of choices to eat and everything is fresh. We had a gold card last October so we had our own brands of drink.We go to the magic cafe some evenings and the singing acts are very good .Going again soon and can't wait.

The hotel is very dated and was built in 1970. I believe it had some refurbishment in 2002 but it's still obvious that it's an old hotel. There were plenty of older guests who presumably are regulars but it's not for us. The rooms need refurbishment as does the restaurant and bar areas. The room air-conditioning was noisy. I wiped the bathroom floor when we arrived and it was dirty with hairs. The downstairs bar is very dark with dark brown walls, ceiling and worn brown tiling. The seating in the bar areas is very old and uncomfortable. The smokers take up all of the 5 or so outdoor tables. After 6pm, that's the only outdoor area. The smoke comes into the bar area and it's hot and stuffy. We couldn't wait to spend as much time as possible away from the hotel. The food, in comparison to other hotels is of variable quality and we found it a struggle to find things we liked to eat. As I say, we spent most of the time eating out and having drinks elsewhere as we didn't want to stay long using the hotel facilities. The official website says "pioneering regime that combines all the necessary ingredients to make your stay an unforgettable experience" - it's certainly unforgettable but for all the wrong reasons. There's nothing remotely pioneering here. Please avoid unless you enjoy old and tired Hotels. I hope this helps others enjoy a more pleasant stay elsewhere!

Worst hotel ever dated no balcony in a junior suite that’s a joke two beds and a chair mini bar = empty fridge food disastrous very cold even the fried eggs would not be acceptable in uk microwave on the buffet tables incase you would like your food warm outbreak waiting to happen pool area and bars don’t open till ten in the morning nowhere to get a coffee till then snacks are crisps and nuts at the bar very poor avoid

Very basic room much smaller than expected for a single. Food was good plenty of choice. No entertainment for British only Spanish music. Staff good but not many could speak English. We paid for 4 extertions included in the cost of hotel but we were not offered any. Very Spanish orientated hotel

This hotel wasn’t really for us Old hotel that majorly needs updating. Downstairs was dingy and dark and quite depressing Drinks were ok Staff were lovely Rooms were very clean Clientele were old Great spot in old town , Wouldn’t stay there again though

First time at this Hotel. Smooth check in. Pleased with room. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned daily. Food was good, plenty of choice. A good base for us to walk to the beach, old town or the *****. Have booked to come again in September. The only let down was the weather!! Rain 4 days out of 7.

We always book this hotel on a all inclusive service. Arrived with friends, smooth efficient check in service. Nothing any trouble for the staff. Rooms excellent, Daily room service maid and towels changed daily, Great location on Edge of Old Town. Food is brilliant, something for everyone, soups, mains, fruits & cakes, the bar tends to get busy but the staff work do very very hard non stop to serve everyone thank you to the bar staff. Great value. Apologies the reception staff we all know as 'Miss Columbia' not the lady's real name, superb professional front of house receptionist, exceptional, professional and immaculate, always a delight to see this wonderful young lady, keep up the great work everyone and see you soon, stay safe.
