RH Princesa Hotel & Spa

房間設施齊全，面積適中。早餐不錯，前台服務很好。距離海灘稍微遠一點，但距公園和老城區很近。總體感覺挺不錯！

Just had a week at this hotel all in all a very good hotel all the staff are great, especially the bar staff,and nothing is too much trouble amenities are good decent pool plenty of sunbeds the only thing that lets it down are the acts they have on at night only one half decent act all week surely in a place like Benidorm there are some better acts to be had!

Stayed here as a family of 5 in May and we really enjoyed this hotel. Firstly I’d say this hotel caters for two types, young family’s and old couples, as that’s what everyone seemed to be. The hotel itself was so clean, even early in the morning there would be 4/5 people out washing down and cleaning around the pool, dishes when dining were cleared promptly too and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff were really friendly and nice, always helped with a smile and the waiters and waitresses in the dining room were great too. Pool area is really spacious, lots of sun beds and it doesn’t open till 10 so everyone has a decent chance of getting a sun bed they want. My only 2 criticisms are that the pools were far too cold, even if you were boiling they were too cold to be even refreshing, couldn’t stay in longer than 5 minutes before you had to get out and warm up again! Also I feel there should be a fence/gate between the splash pad and the pool with the slides, as it’s quite a deep pool and you feel like you constantly have to keep an eye on children as they toddle in the direction of the “big pool” Bar prices are great, pints of san Miguel €3.85, wine around €2.50 and a large Sangria €5. The food was nice, even if you’re a fussy eater you’ll defiantly find something, although became repetitive towards the end. Breakfast understandably the same every day, pastries, fruits, cereals, cheese and ham then the hot section with sausage, bacon, chips/hashbrowns, beans mushroom, tomato, waffles, pancakes churros, and fried& scrambled eggs plus a omelette station. You could do lunch or evening meal if half board, the day we did lunch it seemed similar to evening meal, deserts salads and cold meats, soups then mains, usually chips and fish fingers or chicken *****s, meats cooked on the grill and then rice pasta and pizza. Sunday there was roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, Monday was a Mexican night, some nights there was paella too. There’s a kids club we didn’t use but also a big kids area. From 5 till 7 the soft play was open (they’re strict on height and age) which had some soft toys and ball pool for young toddlers one side and a bigger section for bigger kids the other side), a bouncy castle blown up and pedal go karts track blown up. Out of these hours there’s a basketball and football court always open. There is an arcade that has 2 pool tables and table tennis to use aswell. The lifts could be a pain but in a hotel that big there’s not much that could be done. Old town was a short 5 minute walk away, defiantly a small incline up to the hotel from the bottom of the road, not Everest like some people are making out, there a couple of shops 30 seconds away for crisps and water and drinks. New town was a good 15/20 minute walk, we got a taxi to Mateos bar the other end of new town and that was €6.65 so well worth getting. All in all I’d definitely recommend coming here if a young family or old couple, anything in between I’d stay clos

The hotel is ideally located between old and new town, just a short walk to the beach, not that we needed to venture out too much as we stayed all inclusive. The food and drink options were great, although slightly disappointed that both times we stayed, neither the pool bar nor the snack ban were open. The pool was lovely, never a rush for sun beds. Both the main pool and kiddies pool were supervised all day. The rooms are decent sized with comfy beds and a nice shower. The rooms are cleaned daily. There can be a delay if using the lifts during meal times. Evening entertainment was so so, but animation team really looked after the kids

Reception was speedy, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a TV available. Food is very good with an amazing selection. A total of six lifts serve the floors, all descending to the restaurant level. The bar/lounge is handily placed, for access and there are tables set up outside too.

From start to finish our holiday was amazing. The staff at the RH Princesa were great , very friendly from the cleaners to reception and everyone in between. All inclusive drinks had a plentiful choice and the food at all times was fabulous. Definitely worth another visit!

This hotel was fab for what myself and friends needed for a few nights away in Benidorm Staff were exceptional and attentive. Food was very good. Overall atmosphere was very good. Not too far away from the nightlife but far enough that you’re not in the thick of it. Fab little shops with amenities. Will be coming back with the family next time for a short stay as great for kids-a play area, swim slides and kids club.

Family of four, stayed for 6 days, loved it. Food is great, entertainment varied and fun and the service fantastic, especially Luca in the Animation team and Jose on reception. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. We would certainly return!

My husband and I have just returned from a week's stay in the hotel. It was our first time visiting Benidorm and if we return we will definitely choose this hotel again. Our accommodation was half board, breakfast and evening meal both excellent every night. The pool and sunbathing areas are expansive considering everything is high rise in central Benidorm. The room was well appointed, beds changed every couple of days, towels daily, tea/coffee making in every room, hairdryer good, toiletries lovely quality. The bottle of complimentary water on arrival is very welcome particularly if your arrival at the hotel is very late as ours was. On checking-in the hotel gave us a bag containing a sandwich, slice of cake, an apple and an orange and a small bottle of water, wonderful service. Same leaving, we were missing either lunch or dinner so the hotel made us a lunch bag with sandwich, salad, apple, orange, loquat, carton of juice and a small bottle of water, again wonderful service. The staff throughout the hotel are professional and obliging, every question/query was answered with a smile and always positive. There is entertainment in the hotel every evening. The walk to the beachfront is only minutes away and the ***** also very close, about 10-15 minutes walk. Key safe has a refundable €10 deposit and pool towels a €5 refundable deposit each. All-in-all a superb stay, keep up the good work RH Princesa.
