Magic Natura Holidaymakers Benidorm ‍‍‍✈️ thank you for making my grandson 1st holiday abroad so magical. Home and finally had a chance to get some sleep. So will give my honest feedback and review. When I 1st looked at the reviews I had mixed feelings so many moans about different things. Have divided up the review so that it helps others in future Check in went smoothly we arrived just after 3ish our room was ready but i know others had to wait as their rooms were not. This can be the only negative i would say as it can be a late check in but you can use the facility while you wait. the staff where so welcoming chatted away asking questions to grandson and always happy to help when we had to go back for anything. A buggy took us to our cabin which was away at the top of the hill. Having some mobility issues that hill was a killer but we managed it and used the bus that runs every 10-15 mins. Rooms They have everything that you need for the stay although the furniture is tired and needing replaced it was still functional. We had a fridge & microwave & kettle. The beds were 2 singles put together to make a large king & a pull out bed that had the TV above it. The shower had some mould around the base and the pressure in the toilet sometime didn't work when 1st flushed . Cleaners came in ever day and the room was moped beds made and towels replaced when needed. The cleaning staff were lovely. We had to get them up to chance my grandson bedding when he was sick and they arrived soon after we had asked reception with a friendly smile cleaned the bedding and wishes him well soon Facility/ restaurants. OK so this is where my review becomes mixed. Your staff are amazing at the desk. The ladies Mabel and Ann always welcome you with a smile and so happy to welcome everyone. The staff inside looked stressed sometime but still pleasant when you said thank you and hello, especially if you said it in Spanish The restaurant 3 was the one we used as didn't book the others, so I can't comment There is something for everyone to eat even though the layout is strange bread in on part but the butter and spreads away at the other side of the restaurant. The hot food was mostly covered and always hot. Choice of meat meat and more meat with some vegetables. The salad bar meat and cheese this needs some consideration food presented beautifully but unfortunately it's let down by not being covered so there is flies on or around the food all the time so can be off putting. The kids selection well that could be improved not much choice of child food grandson lived off chips crisps and toast for most of the time there. He just didn't like the food on offer. He loves pizza but for some reason it was always only ham pizza. The square was a good place to relax have a drink and good entertainment before evening meal. Just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in this resort..5th visit & it just gets better every time! All the staff are amazing ..reception, bar staff, entertainment, gardeners, cleaners..everyone has always gone above & beyond to make us feel welcome (I’ve read previous reviews saying otherwise but if you’re polite to them they are 100% always polite back) We love the new premium all inclusive concept..the premium restaurant was such a pleasure to dine in ❤️ so calm, no queues & food was great! No queues at the bar 👍🏼 Definitely worth the upgrade! Entertainment gets better every time..our personal favourites are aqua Zumba, the Halloween scary maze, costume party & the white coast street dancing! The Michael Jackson experience always entertaining too 💯😂 The drinks are the best I’ve ever had in any all inclusive resort..I will miss my daily mojito 🍹 The themed restaurants are delicious..the new rice restaurant in the afternoon was a massive hit with all of us! We had lunch out at Maui in Benidorm as part of the all inclusive which was so nice! I think with all that’s included (zoo, water park, food/drink available all day until midnight & the amazing staff!) you definitely get your moneys worth! I've been trying to liaise with the Reception of Magic Natura for a few days now. We are arriving tomorrow and I have emailed asking could we upgrade (asked the cost to pay for the upgrade so we're happy to pay to have a hot tub) but they took over a day to respond and said I needed to have made the change 72 hours in advance of arrival. I had emailed in advance of the 72 hours they just took over 24 hours to reply! I also asked if we could request a firm mattress for my husband who had back surgery recently. They said they'd mention it to housekeeping but that I need to remind the people on reception when checking in. I tried checking in online 5 times and explained in my email that I couldn't for some unknown reason and they just emailed me the link to check-in online - which I had told them wasn't working for me. I have just read some terrible reviews on the accommodation and the food and am only hoping it is okay for the time we are there. I had read lots of previous reviews so knew there were some good and some bad things but these reviews were in the last couple of days. To be honest I'd consider cancelling if it didn't mean I would lose my deposit. On the off-chance that someone from the resort reads this (unlikedly as they haven't replied to the few latest ones over the last few days) my booking reference is: txmdz0bzg1. Just returned home from a week here so thought I’d share my review. Just myself and my 4 year old. The resort itself is fantastic, it was so great having the zoo and water park on hand to keep the kids entertained. Really recommend the bird of prey show. My girl did the fairy experience, she really only wanted her face painted and I didn’t realise at the time I could have paid separately just for that. All the staff I came across work tirelessly and were always really pleasant. The kids club was handy on the day we had some rain and the mini disco in the evenings was a huge hit with my girl. (Chilly in the evenings so pack warm jumpers & jeans). The food was ok, there was a huge variety each meal time. Sometimes it was a bit hit and miss but we never went hungry. Always plenty of salads, chips, plain pasta. The kids section with the sprinkles & marshmallows, jelly etc was great. Hats off to all of the restaurant staff clearing up after everyone. Some people (mainly the Spanish guests) would often leave their tables in a right state and it was almost beneath them to even push their chairs in once finished. My girl definitely got her moneys worth of free ice lolly’s and slush drinks by the pool each day. We got the free bus to the beach one day but didn’t stay long just had a walk and an ice cream then headed back. We got a taxi back for €11 and it was really quick and easy. My only negative would be the lodges, no way are these 4 star. Ours was very worn and tired and the bathroom had a constant smell of drains (not just the day it rained as I saw someone on here try to use as an excuse). Our floor had definitely not been mopped before we arrived as on our first day I got greasy sun cream on the floor so used one of the towels to wipe it up, that white towel was then black. We also didn’t have a cleaner at all the last two days, wasn’t too much of an issue as we were leaving, if we were staying longer then I would have phoned reception. I did have some inconsiderate neighbours thqt would keep me awake with their banging around until late at night but that’s on them nothing to do with the resort. There were a few other areas around the resort like the steps at the pool that could do with some TLC too. The other thing I found slightly annoying as I’ve never encountered it anywhere else before at an all inclusive resort is all the extras you have to pay for, the safe is €3 a day!! Then deposits for the plastic cups which fair enough were only €1 it’s more the inconvenience of having to go to reception to pay and get a ticket then back to the pool with your ticket to get a cup, then the reverse on the last day. Then towels were €10 each but they were happy to swap for clean/dry ones anytime so that was handy. Would I recommend this place to others - yes! Would I return myself? Probably not, but that’s mostly because I like to try out new places each time, there’s a whole world out there to explore.

Awful place to stay yes zoo water park but water freezing in park and resort. Unorganised form start to finish (booked easyJet) Rooms where cleaned once in 7 day stay. Infested ants all rooms supreme and basic. Food shocking undercooked, cold crap. Childen out break hand foot mouth resort did nothing of a clean let infected kids still kids club and restaurant. Place unfit for purpose falling apart owners don’t want pay out for a refit. Steep hills and transport busses times incorrect. Place was cold and miserable Dead animals on resort and in zoo Power cut 3 times no WiFi contact doctors. And the smell of sewage from drainage issues.

Loved this place exactly the kind of holiday we hoped for. The zoo & aquapark were fab! The resort itself is lovely, could do with a play park as the nearest one is all the way in the zoo but lodges are great & cleaned daily mini fridge and towels refreshed daily :) The buffets were varied and you won't go hungry, although alot of the meat is pork not great if you don't eat pork like us. They should keep the hot drinks machines on all day & night in my opinion they only have this in the morning The themed restaurants I was Realy looking forward to but were all overrated, basically food from the buffet but with the horrible smell from the zoo whilst eating. as there outside this was a big put off for me. Sea lion experience is a must! Amazing! Levante beach in benidorm is stunning warm water white sand, Benidorm new town & old is worth a visit lots of lovely souvenir shops! Maui's beach front restaurant which is included in the package (inclusive plus) 5 star food but rude guy owner manager not sure, still glad I booked that on the app. Pizza delivery to the lodge was a nice touch too. Even though the weather was lush when we visited the water in the pools was incredibly cold everyone was commenting on this even at 27 28 degrees very cold water still. Also just to note the food offerd to natura customers at the waterpark is poor quality & very minimal like a prison meal so eat at the buffet before you go The only thing that saddend me was the conditions the lions, leopards & crocodiles are living in there enclosures are just far to small. Very very sad. As for the rest of the animal acres of space which makes me wander why they don't extend there habitats. Also don't waste your time or money on the nighttime zoo tour as my husband booked this to be told all the big cats are locked away at night and there the main animals that you'd want to see at night he did not receive a refund and this is why we have given 4 stars not 5 overall perfect family holiday Will definitely be back or will visit one of the sister resorts next time.

Just finished our trip to magic natura, arrived at 1am didn’t get much information on at reception on arrival about the different parts of the complex actually was just give the room info, food was great staff absolutely lovely especially Adrian young bar man and the restaurant host were fantastic. Entertainment was quite enough during the day for April but at night was fantastic when Danny and Chloe and Abbie where on. You could tell the nights that were off 🫣. Zoo was excellent kids really enjoyed it, the water park was brilliant and Charlie the sea lion stole our heart 💓. Will definitely be returning

In general the hotel is fair & could be rated as a 3 star max! We had a TERRIBLE experience especially with the service provided by the "Hotel Manager". We did like the Zoo & the Waterpark, without those 2 the hotel is average at best... We received an old room with no hot water to shower (during winter - with 2 babies). The hotel manager promised to compensate us & transfer us to a different room or provide a full refund. Eventually & after a long wait, they "suddenly" didn't had an alternative room, so we where forced to leave & cut short our long planed vacation! Due to the inconvenience the hotel manager promised to fully refund our stay at the hotel. What eventually became a fraud. They didn't compensate us as promised. The "Costa Blanca" chain costumer service is a nightmare to reach. Good potential due to the location & the nearby activities. Management is poor, at best... The stay is extremely overpriced! My Suggestion: Use the nearby facilities & AVOID the hotel.

We are just back from our stay, our first holiday abroad, and after this stay it won't be our last visit to Magic Natura. A family of five, kids are 10, 6 and 4. There is so much for the kids to do on site. They thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the games involved. The Komodo kids club staff were fantastic and they had great fun in the club, meeting new friends etc. The games room was also a hit, especially for the 10 year old. There is also a small but fun play park outside it that the younger two enjoyed. They loved loved loved the zoo. We would recommend the birds of prey show in the amphitheatre at 12pm and 4pm. There is also a great play park in the centre of the zoo for the kids. The entertainment at night was fantastic, the Magic Costa Blanca crew were their favourite, and they are on Mon - Sat at 10.30pm. There was various acts on at 9, with a kids disco at 8. The buffet food was extremely tasty with a great variety of foods on offer. The five of us have different tastes, ranging from adventurous to very plain and we all were able to eat well at each meal. We also tried the Italian, Meat and Rice restaurants which were all delicious. The bars are well stocked with a wide range of drinks on offer. There is a bus that travels every 20mins or so around the complex so you can easily move around the resort, which is located on a hill. The hotel also provides buggies to bring your luggage to your room/reception. The staff were all fantastic but I have to especially note the kids club staff, the entertainment staff, the bus drivers, Rafael in reception, Frank in the upstairs bar and Mabel at the restaurant desk as going above and beyond for clients. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future!
