Las habitaciones reformadas y con bonitas vistas. Espectacular el servicio del buffet. Los empleados, la comida, la cantidad, la variedad. De verdad nada que envidiar a un 5 estrellas. Totalmente recomendado

What can I say? Our visit was great, after a long morning of delayed flights, airport drama we were relieved to be dropped off a short walk from our Hotel. We arrived at reception and were warmly greeted and checked in quickly and efficiently by our receptionist who spoke good English (much better than our limited Spanish). Upon arriving at our room we were pleasantly surprised about how clean and tidy it was, tastefully decorated with an incredible, enclosed balcony (more on this in a bit). The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, the room also smelt very clean and fresh. The shower and facilities were spotless and very tastefully designed, a nice touch was the illuminated headboard, in the signature kaktus hotels cool green, which gave the room a lovely aesthetic. The enclosed balcony can be made into an open balcony by opening the sliding windows all the way which was great as our first 2 days here were very windy and rainy. It was lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the sea and the rain without having to experience either of those things. We booked a boat trip and late check out (we had a late evening flight and transfer) at reception, the receptionist, Jaimie was super friendly and chatty and was able to arrange both of these things for us! He made the process easy and painless and I cannot give him enough praise, any help we required was no problem for the staff here. A short walk from the beach, a wonderful terrace, a clean pool, and easy access to the ***** with stunning views, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would also feel confident booking directly with the hotel in the future! We had a lovely time here and felt very comfortable. I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt it was definitely deserved.

Very nice renovated hotel. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. Clever to separate the bathroom with the toilet. The views are stunning and the terrace gives you privacy for sun bathing. Staff at the reception, restaurant and bars are friendly as always.

Great hotel friendly staff. Rooms were large and bright great views over Benidorm from the huge wrap around windows. Beds comfy and clean, power shower was great. Breakfast nice and plenty of choice. We had to find parking near s the road to hotel was blocked with council work in the area but probably only for a few weeks

Lovely hotel; room spacious, great shower, clean and plenty of storage. Balcony is an addition onto the room with a roof, you open the sliding windows to let the air in. Bar and restaurant nice areas and outside terrace. Check in was quick and smooth. Breakfast €8 per person, excellent choice. Lunch and dinner €15 euros each but can't comment as didn't have lunch or dinner. Would have given it 5/5 but we had booked self catering. All we got is a fridge, no kettle or kitchen facilities. Just be warned if you book SC. We bought a kettle for €12 and took tea and coffee with us.

This should be rated as a 4 star hotel. Excelente location, incredible sea view, perfect cleanliness and the most powerful shower I've ever seen. The staff is also very gentle and helpful. I would highly recommend it and come back in the future!!

Was there with wife and kid. We had a room on the 9th floor. We loved it. Nice, clean rooms, diverse breakfast. Dinner was also good,wine not too expensive. One thing worth mentioning: go for the wine bottle, not for the glass. If you don't finish your bottle, they'll store it for you at no extra charge. The receptionists speak good English so communication is no issue. However, one downside: prior to our departure we asked for a breakfast box as we had to check-out before breakfast. Somehow they missed it but the morning receptionist apologized and gave us cakes. Not really the same, though. The biggest plus is the view, I have no words for it. Amazing!

Large and beautiful sea view from all rooms. Proximity to everything in the surrounding city: shops, rentals, restaurants and, of course, the sand beach. restaurant with rich choice for each and every meal. In short, a great place for a family summer vacation.

Even place to put rented bikes, no hustle. Friendly staff all over the hotel Meals are good and complete, fresh fish every day.
