Stayed for two nights convenient for watching the excellent Benidorm Fire Show. Would recommend this .

Great hotel , clean , friendly staff and restaurant plenty of choice very well organised. Location a little walk down to the front but nice and quiet.

This is a great hotel. Spotlessly clean, rooms are quite big. Beds a little hard, but cleaned and towels changed very day. Food is great. Recommend continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner food is amazing, loads to choose from. It was very quiet, so loads of sunbeds to pick from. Staff are very friendly. Hotel quiet at night so got a good nights sleep. McDonalds next door which was really good if you wanted a quick snack on the way home. Highly recommend

totally downhill,most staff sour faced x food poor choices half cold never a 4 star only good thing going for it is it's sunny and it's clean x no a**osphere and staff need public relations course x came here 9 years ago loved it then but absolutely stuck with no improvements got no omelette making in the morning x it's so quiet maybe should look at updating I'm still here now but definitely would never return so disappointed

The hotel was lovely and the food was very good. Facilities were good and the entertainment was watchable. Staff in the main were excellent especially Terry and Julio. The regimented bit comes from the use of the card system. One card one drink no card no drink all drinks in the restaurant booked against the card. Things went missing from our room but they couldn’t find them so apparently it didn’t happen and they just shrugged their shoulders every time I asked. We never saw the manager but apparently he or she looked into it Information about the hotel very poor you just have to pick it up as you go along wouldn’t go again.

Just arrived home from a 8 nights stay with my 3 children . Excellent hotel very clean , food is the best . Rooms are very clean and was cleaned daily with fresh bedding. We all really enjoyed our stay , kids wanted to stay longer . Pool and pool area was excellent gets sun all day long . Massive thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and making us feel so welcome . Would definitely return . Gracias 😊

First time staying here. Couldn’t fault it - rooms were lovely & clean! Food was amazing, lots of variety each day. Bar staff and entertainers were great, especially the lady entertainer who always made my son feel included & remembered his name. Terry behind the bar is a lovely woman always full of joy. Different entertainment each night & kids disco. Pool area was lovely and clean and a great place to sunbathe & have a swim. Only complaint I had was the kids were not allowed inflatables in the pool!! Which is a shame as they were really looking forward to using them & it was a big enough pool for them. Also if you’re using the indoor pool you have to wear a swim hat which you have to pay extra for. Overall - fantastic would stay here again. 15-20 minute walk to the main ***** & Levante beach or around 6 euro in a taxi 😊 McDonald’s just across the road & plenty shops, supermarkets, bars & pharmacy etc 5 minutes away if that.

This is our 3rd stay at the hotel we were All inclusive. It’s a quiet hotel opposite Benidorm Palace. Away from the night life of Benidorm, but a few bars either up or down the road from the hotel. Also an Iceland 5min walk up the road for your morning paper!!! A 15min walk into Benidorm or there’s a bus stop near the hotel It wasn’t as busy as when we went in July and Oct last year. The is hotel is absolutely spotless. All the staff are friendly, Tery who works behind the bar is fantastic. The food is good as is the entertainment. We came home on the Sunday and booked to go again in June on the Monday!!!! Also a McDonald’s just across the road

Our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel. 10 minutes from main bars clubs etc. But nice and quiet. Food I find excellent and all staff friendly and helpful. Especially Tery little lady behind bar. A few more people in the world like her and the world would be a better place
