This was our second stay at this hotel and it was everything we could have wished for. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, the food in the restaurant and snack bar was great and there was a great variety of drinks on offer for the all inclusive too. I want to shout out to all the staff for how amazing they were with our 7 year old. He felt right at home and absolutely loved it and was one of the main reasons we returned. The entertainment was varied in the evening and our little one had loads of activities to chose from during the day. The location of the hotel itself is great, far enough away from the madness of the ***** but close enough to walk everywhere. We cannot wait to return next year. Thank-you for letting us create the best memories ❤️

We have had a fantastic 5 day break at Sandos Benidorm suites. Great staff. Good food. Can't fault anything. Lovely pool area. The location is fab. 10 min walk to the beach passing bars/ restaurants on the way This is definitely 1 of the best hotels we've stayed in here in Benidorm and will definitely return.

This Hotel was amazing me and my gran came on the 31st of May and we left on the 11th June we had a great holiday the hotel was great the food was amazing the staff was friendly and the entertainment was great the only thing that was bad about the holiday was the smell of sewage in the bathrooms in the room but the hotel was amazing I would come back again!.

Great Hotel and staff, food has went downhill compared to last year. Only thing that annoyed me was the lifeguard, he sat and ate crisps and drank coke alday he had no interest who was in pool. A wee girl had a poo and when the mum approached him he just went and got a bucket got it out then left bucket alday after.

Hotel was OK. The food was average but the breakfast was amazing. The walls are paper thin kept getting woke up by people upstairs. When we got there our front door wouldn't lock but i went down to tell reception and it was fixed within half hour. The main reason I wouldn't go back was that the smell in the rooms most days was horrendous it was like sewage. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you.

We arrived to a warm welcome and were immediately allocated rooms next door but one to family members as requested. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little ‘tired’ as were the bathroom towels but were changed every day if requested. The hotel was bright and extremely clean , the bars were well stocked with great service. The swimming pool area was spotless with plenty of beds available. There was entertainment during the day by the pool and every evening a different act in the lounge. A mini disco was available for children. The restaurant was very good with a vast range of food to suit all tastes. The outstanding memory of this holiday were the staff. From reception to cleaners, bar staff to restaurant staff all were so friendly, efficient and professional. We have to give a special mention to staff who went above and beyond our expectations making this hotel such an amazing place to stay. Inoah, Dennis, Simion and Claire.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel .Good location.very clean..Food was varied..hot and tasty . Indian restaurant staff were fab ..food sadly vaguely Indian tasteless but worth a try as restaurant itself lovely. Rooms were large and clean and air con worked well. Beds comfy and maids attended daily leaving room immaculate.Felt safe Pool was lovely and pool bar and whole area kept very clean and tidy .Didn't use snack bar but chicken on a spit looked lush. The whole experience was added to though by the staff who work so hard with a smile from the cleaners to reception. Notable was Fredo , Pepe , Mai and the funny Henry who was very friendly and happy to help Get these guys in smart shorts it's too hot for them . Entertainment good..singers mostly. Taxis can be booked from reception we paid 8 euro to old town ..Tram Station 15 minute walk away which we got to Altea tickets v cheap. ***** 5 minutes walk ..beach 10 minutes . Old Town 30 mins ( get a taxi) We were here 5 nights and would definitely return Well done Sandos

What a fabulous holiday made extra special by such wonderful staff. Lovely food, great entertainment, great pool and plenty of seating. Staff who stood out as extra amazing- Inoah from entertainment team; Denis and Simeon from the restaurant and Claire from reception, all amazing!

Fantastic hotel! I would highly recommend going here! The positives - restaurant had great service, great food, great selection, something for everyone - fussy eaters should always find something Snack bar - usual chips, hotdogs, burgers and chicken kebab Bar - great bar staff, good drink selection, crisps and nuts available with all inclusive 👌 Entertainment- good entertainment package, you don’t need to leave the hotel, lots of fun can be had there! Animation team fab - dark haired girl ( forget her name) is fantastic with kids! Well done you! Subbed - no silly 6am dash we went for breakfast at 9:30am daily and got our 5 beds no problem at this time. Negatives - pool is not massive, I’d say it would be very busy in high summer.
