Sandos Benidorm Suites

We arrived to a warm welcome and were immediately allocated rooms next door but one to family members as requested. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little ‘tired’ as were the bathroom towels but were changed every day if requested. The hotel was bright and extremely clean , the bars were well stocked with great service. The swimming pool area was spotless with plenty of beds available. There was entertainment during the day by the pool and every evening a different act in the lounge. A mini disco was available for children. The restaurant was very good with a vast range of food to suit all tastes. The outstanding memory of this holiday were the staff. From reception to cleaners, bar staff to restaurant staff all were so friendly, efficient and professional. We have to give a special mention to staff who went above and beyond our expectations making this hotel such an amazing place to stay. Inoah, Dennis, Simion and Claire.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel .Good location.very clean..Food was varied..hot and tasty . Indian restaurant staff were fab ..food sadly vaguely Indian tasteless but worth a try as restaurant itself lovely. Rooms were large and clean and air con worked well. Beds comfy and maids attended daily leaving room immaculate.Felt safe Pool was lovely and pool bar and whole area kept very clean and tidy .Didn't use snack bar but chicken on a spit looked lush. The whole experience was added to though by the staff who work so hard with a smile from the cleaners to reception. Notable was Fredo , Pepe , Mai and the funny Henry who was very friendly and happy to help Get these guys in smart shorts it's too hot for them . Entertainment good..singers mostly. Taxis can be booked from reception we paid 8 euro to old town ..Tram Station 15 minute walk away which we got to Altea tickets v cheap. ***** 5 minutes walk ..beach 10 minutes . Old Town 30 mins ( get a taxi) We were here 5 nights and would definitely return Well done Sandos

What a fabulous holiday made extra special by such wonderful staff. Lovely food, great entertainment, great pool and plenty of seating. Staff who stood out as extra amazing- Inoah from entertainment team; Denis and Simeon from the restaurant and Claire from reception, all amazing!

Fantastic hotel! I would highly recommend going here! The positives - restaurant had great service, great food, great selection, something for everyone - fussy eaters should always find something Snack bar - usual chips, hotdogs, burgers and chicken kebab Bar - great bar staff, good drink selection, crisps and nuts available with all inclusive 👌 Entertainment- good entertainment package, you don’t need to leave the hotel, lots of fun can be had there! Animation team fab - dark haired girl ( forget her name) is fantastic with kids! Well done you! Subbed - no silly 6am dash we went for breakfast at 9:30am daily and got our 5 beds no problem at this time. Negatives - pool is not massive, I’d say it would be very busy in high summer.

First time going all-inclusive and didn’t have high expectations for this hotel in Benidorm. However, we had an amazing stay and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food available. We also booked in for the Indian restaurant, which was well worth a visit. My only observation is that the curries don’t seem as creamy as you would normally find them in the UK. All of the restaurant staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the 22nd floor, with excellent views. There are two lifts to even floor numbers and two to the odd floors. This system works really well, although there were sometimes a few delays around busy times such as breakfast, which is only to be expected. Our room was really clean and a lovely size. I agree with previous reviewers that you can hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. However, I can’t help wondering if this is because there is no background noise, such as loud music, as the hotel is situated away from the ***** in a quiet location. Either way, it didn’t affect our stay. The reception staff speak fluent English and I found them to be really helpful and knowledgeable. They will also arrange taxis for you, which are reasonably priced. The bar staff (pool and night) didn’t really engage much. I appreciate that their job is to serve people as quickly as possible, but even when it was quiet, they would sometimes just plonk the drinks down in front of you, without so much as an acknowledgement. We tried out a wide range of drinks and the staff would try and make you whatever you wanted. I agree a cocktail menu would be a nice touch, although I personally settled for a Sandos or Piña Colada. The sangria was quite pleasant from the bar also. We visited in May and had no problem with the sun beds. I think the pool is closed until 9am, but we strolled down whenever we were ready. The pool and the surroundings were lovely and clean. Yes, the pool water is cold initially, but your body quickly adjusts. This leads on to my only gripe of the stay. On our last day, there were a group of lads who arrived, who were being really loud and obnoxious. They were playing their own music loudly, to compete with the bar music and singing rather badly also. They also came over to my group of older women and made some rather suggestive comments. They even joked that the hotel ratings would drop to a 2 or 3 star rating, as a result of them being there. It did really change the peace and dynamic of the pool area for the worse. I believe one couple did complain about it, but to no avail. There was a ‘lifeguard’ on duty, but he didn’t seem interested in their behaviour. Either way, the tranquility was destroyed. Would I go again? Yes, but only for a short break that avoided the weekends and potential stag and hen groups. The hotel provides excellent value for money and the pros far outweigh any cons.

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Suites are superb and modern. Food and drink amazing. Staff all very helpful. I struggle to find any fault at all. Far enough from the ***** that it's quiet and relaxing, close enough (10 minute walk) if you want to experience the *****

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, service and food excellent. Only minor quibble is kettle in room but no coffee tea or milk, this would improve the stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel could not fault it perfect location, lovely big rooms and balcony all with pool views and comfortable beds. The food was amazing I would even say better than some five star hotels I have stayed at enjoyed every meal and the selection was brilliant for me the food makes this hotel. I will 100% return here should I come to Benidorm in the future.

Couldn't really fault the hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable, beds excellent staff were excellent, facilities very good, all inclusive food was standard for Spain, lots to eat and always found something to enjoy. Far enough away from the noisy pubs but only a 10 minute walk if you fancied it. Real bonus was proper sunbeds that don't collapse on you! Would thoroughly recommend
