Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

Arrived for a stag do. Originally wasn’t meant to be staying here but was upgraded and it certainly was an upgrade from where we originally were heading. There were 10 of us on my friend’s stag and we all thoroughly had the best time with many thanks for this hotel and the great hospitality. Breakfast was also included which was great and plenty of choice. Great selection of drinks and snacks at the bar with friendly staff. Pool was also great but gradually gets very deep (almost 3 metres) so be cautious if you’re bringing young children! (There is a life guard on duty though majority of the time). Only negative would be the room cards kept being dysfunctional so had to get them replaced every 24 hours which was annoying and it seems to be happening to other people in the hotel too. Overall a great stay and very central to the main strip of Benidorm if this is what you’re after!

First visit here and won't rush back. Needs updating and upgrading Poor WiFi, poor security around pool, dirty accomodation. I was in room 3008 in a block at the back of the pool, walls very thin, lots of noise. Dirty shower and ceiling photos attached Full of stag and hen parties. Some stags in groups round pool with their own Bluetooth speaker playing loud intrusive inappropriate music, also had glass bottle of Smirnoff and rum to avoid using bar ( no one said anything). I had a room on my own and to be honest I would have changed hotels had I been sharing. I'm 16 stone 5 ft 10 and struggled to close shower door. WiFi signal was very hit and miss. To be honest I felt like I had gone back to the 90's. No smoke detector in room but a very good digital safe. Room door very secure with lock yet ground floor balcony just a flimsy click switch like a baby gate. TV in room very small didn't work properly. Beds very poor quality, very light , I could easily move them with 1 finger, I think the room above me was moving them rapidly without the use of their hands, if you get what I mean. Some redeeming qualities were great breakfast selection. Helpful and happy staff. To be honest it's just a budget hotel and needs to price accordingly or spend some money. When Benidorm is full you may not have another option. Enjoy yourself it's later than you think

Just spent another excellent week in the Pueblo,arriving late on a Saturday night,still catered for with tea/coffee,snacks available in the restaurant.I can't understand some reviews regarding the entertainment in the hotel, would Spanish people expect to come to an hotel in the UK or Ireland and expect the entertainment to be Spanish?I doubt it.Also the Pueblo is a 3 star hotel I must add a very good 3 star,I have stayed in 3 star Ss and 4 star Ss in Benidorm and the Pueblo in my belief should be rated higher.Nothing is too much bother for the staff who we found extremely helpful,cleaning and towel changes daily.Breakfast,Lunch and dinner excellent choices changing menu daily always something for someone.All round another good trip including a late change to our airport transfer which Amanda looked after in minutes.

Not a bad hotel, location was ok but quite a walk to the best bars and restaurants. Rooms were fine and the maid was lovely and did a great job. In terms of food we only had Breakfast and it was lovely, huge choice and probably the best breakfast I've had in any hotel. The pool bar does serve a small selection of food too (chips, burgers etc.) The biggest let down of the hotel is the entertainment which was very much catered for the Spanish guests so the English children couldn't really join in or understand what was happening. The evening entertainment was also primarily Spanish so we had to go out of the hotel every night to find entertainment elsewhere (Sinatras Premium and Tropical were our go to places for entertainment, they had some fantastic acts but it is about a 25-30 minute walk to them so we got a taxi most nights). You could usually get a sunbed but not in the best spot unless you're up very early as people do reserve them with their towels. I'd be unlikely to return simply because it was boring for my son not being able to join in with activities and entertainment, a great hotel for Spanish guests though.

Just got back from a girlie weekend. Hotel is in a great location. Pool area is great, plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was really good, great selection of items. Rooms are small and quite dated and could do with being modernised. However it was clean and beds were quite comfortable. There is a free safe and a small fridge in the room.

Perfect location. Rooms are a bit tired but cleaned very day. Food is 50/50. Had to eat out a few nights as the choices weren’t the best. Biggest let down to the entertainment crew. Everything was in Spanish. Felt sorry for the British kids as they didn’t have a clue what was happening some days. If I ever go back to Benidorm it will be the Venus
