Climia Belroy 4 Sup

First of all a very courteous and friendly staff. I a single room but my travel agency gave me the impression it would be larger and with a balcony and sea view. I ended with a small single room which like a YouTube video I had seen from a pretty snobby hotel influencer. Any the was small but I signed for a single on my contract. When I fill in the first evening if I was hoppy about my room I gave my honest opinion but excepted things as they were. The y call me down for a short meeting with the agency and I said it’s okay didn’t want to spoil the short time but here over a room and in a nice way. They actually appreciated that and in the mist of the conversation with my local travel agent also very kind the hotel management offered me a free upgrade to a larger room and yes there was. Balcony and larger view so it was well appreciated and made my stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the lighting in that needs to be checked before they came under one switch except the bathroom light so it was all on or all off for future customers that may be a problem but I was glad with the upgrade and larger tv since I’m not the out going evening type and like a quiet evening in my room to rest after a long day of being outside. Very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it and come here again. An extra thank to the friend staff. The food was also nice with a good variety in my opinion. Great location, nice clean hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor and had fantastic views of the sea and beach. Great views of the island . The pool was gorgeous and child friendly . I would definitely stay there again and the staff so friendly and helpful

Excellent hotel, very good location. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Hotel staff very helpful. Food was very good. Great stay, would definitely return. Accessibility was fantastic, ramps, lifts and steps i to the pool. 10 out of 10

We were very well received from the moment we arrived until we left, we saw our needs met and all the hotel staff were 5 stars, we are satisfied, we recommend it and who knows we will return one day............................................................

Very clean, great location and very friendly staff, especially the man on reception. Food nice, just had breakfast. Nice suntrap beside the indoor pool. Hotel rooms nice size, with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge, which was good to have

Fantastic stay with 5 girls in a 2 bed apartment. Was so spacious and actually looked like the photos. Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Perfect location short walk to the ***** and short walk to the old town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Extremely comfortable stay . Mind , body and soul . No balcony in Classic room but, room is spacious enough. Only a 10 minute walk in to old Benidorm. And a bus stop right outside. Beach - a 2 minute walk . Connecting door to Cafe de Paris . One down side - the outdoor pool is on the small side with way too many sun loungers . And so encouraging over crowding , though lovely outdoor seating area I prefer the 2 minute walk to the beach

Booked a deluxe room which quite clearly states on website that is either a double or twin with the single beds being larger than the standard at 100mm wide. Balcony with own sun lounger. Jacuzzi/spa bath. When booked several months ago we requested a twin. Arrived and paid the remaining balance. Went to room. Was a double bed and a made up sofa bed. Not what was requested and seeing as paying for a deluxe room I expect to have proper full size beds. No sun lounger on balcony and no jacuzzi/spa bath. Back down to reception to explain that room wasn't what was booked and told that was the correct room and the Deluxe comes with only a double bed. No Deluxe room has twin beds. Also told no spa bath and no idea about sun lounger even though both shown in pictures on their own website (need to click on pic of bath to see full pic). Asked to change rooms to a twin and told the hotel was full until Saturday (checked in on Thursday) and to pop back then and they'll swap us to another room on 6th floor. We accepted that as just arrived and tired and didn't want to make a scene as not the fault of the receptionist. They did bring in an extra single bed though. Although you then lost the use of the lounge. The room itself was very nice and spacious and bed ok. Aircon was very good. Shower excellent. The coffee machine was nice but a shame coffee and milk weren't replenished and had to ask reception each time. Second room was again a double bed and again was told by a different person that deluxe rooms only have double beds and no twin beds (still being advertised as double, twin or triple). Had the jacuzzi/spa bath which was great but leaked water over floor. When using the shower being as there was no curtain etc the floor would again be covered in water. But the shower was nice, warm . The aircon not quite as good as the first room but fine. View was great from this room and also had the advertised sun lounger which was comfortable. Obviously lost the lounge space again as the single bed had to be brought in. The single bed was very comfortable though. The coffee pods and milk were not replenished again and had to ask reception and nor was the toilet roll which had to be requested. Not what you expect for a 4 star superior. Only had breakfast a couple of days and it was adequate. Fresh orange juice though. Did find the majority of reception staff a bit abrupt, sometimes rude and try to be a bit sarcastic when asking questions including asking the time of return transfer. Being told how do they know what transfer I have even though it's booked via them and had already been informed to enquire day before leaving as it would be on their system, which is was. And when enquired about changing rooms on Saturday chap was quite rude and said we had to accept the room or not when they offer it. I visited Belroy with my family for 12 days. From the minute we came inside we had a very good experience. One we can’t say anything negative about. The room was spacious and great. It was clean. The staff was excellent. The bed was good. The view was great and the location perfect. I can recommend this place to everyone.
