Coach dropped us of at bottom of the hill, outside golden hotel. If disabled or in wheel chair. Steep bank to back entrance of hotel Reception clean but bland lacked any kind of welcome. Have pay £40 pp deposit Lifts small Didnt find any charger point for mobility scooter.plus there not allowed in building. Rooms tidy but lack cimfort an very outdated Beds hard pillows need throwing. Had roll blanket found in cupboard with towels as was itchy use as pillow. Sofa constantly slipping when sat on it. Not comfortable either. Small kitchen with stocked utensils Shower ok Signs of aging in decor Pool disgusting an out of order grounds unkept. Sun bathing on car park Situated quite far up old town As this 1st ever visit to benidorm so didnt no. Due to disabilities bit of way to new town. If want rowdy an be near new town this not for you or kids nothing for them do. Best only bit was sea view an balcony. An 2min from beach front. Shame pool was in state it was If just book cheap flight Room is £100 on walk ins to reception

In the quieter side of Benidorm. Excellent shower kitchen bedroom. Massive balcony. They don't clean the rooms unless your there more than 7 days. But plenty of towels. The pool was closed but it was early in the season. Reception staff really helpful. Nice walk to new town in day but used taxis on an evening. Lots of shops and bars nearby. Would recommend it to anyone. We had to pay 40 euros deposit each. Which you get back on the last day so remember this when your trying to budget. All in all a great stay

We have a month in Benidorm twice a year. I have ridiculously painful joints these days and the sun always irons me out for a good while. We have stayed in hotels for years but decided to try self catering as we don’t always use hotel facilities anymore. We were recommended by a complete stranger one night to try the benibeach apar**ents. We booked a month while in resort, in October, which gave us 20% off the price and the two lovely ladies on reception even allowed us to store our beach parafanalia here until we came back. The reception was great when we arrived. No messing about with cues and we were in our apar**ent in no time. I had asked for a high floor and wasn’t disappointed when we received floor 24. The views are simply stunning. The apar**ent is spotless. Cleaners come once a week with clean bedding and towels. There leave enough towels for a fortnight. The kitchen has enough equipment to satisfy a couple, to at least 8 people. Although the apar**ent only sleeps a maximum of 4. It is across the road from the beach, literally. I have finally relented to using a mobility scooter, which I fought against for years, and there is parking in the garage with charging facilities. There are 2 supermarkets within easy reach, but the One Bar next door is so ridiculously cheap, we eat there most times. We’re coming back and will make this our base for the 2 months a year we are in Spain. It’s so easy to stay here and there is 24 hour staff should you need them. First class from facilities right through to all the staff.

It's a walk up a hill but,the view and appar**ent was pretty great. We loved it. Plan to go back for our birthday 2024. Reception is a great help. Definitely recommend it. It is close enough to the town but out enough to have some amazing views at each sides of the appar**ent. It's got everything you need and more. Cleaning crew are pleasent.

This was our fifth stay at Beni Beach Apar**ents. Great location for those who like a quiet stay. Apar**ents fully equipped, everything you need. My only gripe would be the lack of air con. We did have a couple of problems during this stay, but both were sorted out quickly. Reception staff very efficient and friendly.

There is no aircon and its nearly 40 degrees and they don’t supply a fan. It’s a massive tower block. Okay it’s clean but I would say the lifts are suspect. I wouldn’t bring a family here. In fact I wouldn’t bring myself here if I had the choice. Terrifying view from the top. I hope it was built well.

We've been here 3 times, 2017, 2019 and 2022. The appar**ents are the same, they've never beed renewed or refurbished. If you look for basic stuff, this is the place to be. Why we came back? The stunning view is something we couldn't find anywhere else, the wake up on Sea view and sleep on waves sound is priceless. No wifi in appar**ents, Aircon is not necessarly needed as the sea wind is refreshing. Poniente area is more family friendly and quieter compared to Levante area. Beach is just downstairs, ＜1min walk !! What changed in 2022? Prices are the same despite inflation, but the cleaners come once/week instead of every 3days before Covid. Beds and pillows are good, Kitchen is provided with basic stuff, nothing to complain from really. But it's not a Luxury Apart'hotel.

Summary: no air-con and no wifi. The building and the apar**ents are extremely old, have never been refurbished. Staff are helpful and when you get to know them friendly. Didn't use the pool. Beds are very small but the mattress and pillows are fine. Sleep is not good, as it is too hot most of the year (they don't even have fans) and the beds are too smal). Given the age of the establishment, I suppose it's clean... but I would expect it to be cleaner (at least we didn't see any bugs). Cooking kept the blowing the fuses. It's noisy, as the kitchen has ventilation through the walls and you can hear everyone on the corridors. Parking is a challenge. The location is great and the views are superb. The place needs some serious planning: aircon, wifi, light refurb..., it could be an amazing place.

Older apar**ent building situated right on poniente beach. Amazing view from both sides. Friendly staff and very quiet. Five minute walk from the lively old town. Supermarkets and restaurants right outside the building. Internet in the apar**ents (would not mind paying), would be my only suggestion of improvement. Wifi or not - Benibeach we are definitely coming back ❤️
