Hotel Servigroup Nereo

Review of Hotel Nereo Never been here before so I hope this helps people with their choices. Arrived off an early flight and our room wasn’t ready but as I say early flight so this was expected. However, the reception staff were really nice and gave us a place to store our bags and a key card to use for the facilities, toilets, pool etc. We only had to wait just over an hour and we were given a room on the 7th floor with a partial sea view out to Peacock Island. The 3 Lifts were clean as were the common areas. The room we had was a twin room and the beds are very comfortable. The room itself is compact but has the usual features, TV, safe which is free of charge and a fridge. Storage is at a bit of a premium but adequate. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room so if you’re like me and enjoys a cuppa first thing take a travel kettle, we used the plug in the bathroom. The balcony we had was a great size and a wonderful sun trap. The bathroom is a good size with a large walk in shower. The hotel provide an anti slip mat for the shower even though it has a textured base. The towels were luxurious and a great size. The housekeeping staff are really pleasant, they make sure they say hello every time they see you. Food in the hotel is great, good choice and they have show cooking as well. They don’t lay out a lot of food at one time but they do replenish the food regularly. The pool is heated, the area around the pool has lots of sunbeds, there is also a solarium area accessed by a lift and this was a great suntrap. The bar can be accessed from the pool area. There are toilets at the pool area also. All access to private areas within the hotel, the pool, toilets etc are controlled by your room key. The only downside if you can call it that is how regimented everything is, everything is laid out in straight lines and at night there is no ambiance in the bar, the lighting is always very bright. I’m not saying its a bad thing it’s just how it felt for me. They do have entertainment in the bar nightly, not the full on ***** stuff but nice background entertainment, I did feel a little sorry for the entertainers as they competing against fiesta week but I’m sure during normal, if any weeks can be normal in Benidorm,  it would have been well attended. On the whole I would say the hotel gets a 4.5 out of 5. First time here having stayed at servigroup rialto previously. Very clean everywhere and room was spacious with a pool and seaview, paid extra, everything you needed including fridge, free safe and several English channels on TV. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice including English bacon and sausages. Prosecco a nice touch. Only downside was evening entertainment, all geared around over 60's.

Had another lovely stay at this Hotel , pleased ive Booked another 3 times this year. From the Moment you arrive its Service with a smile Karen and Sara at Reception are so nice people they always have time to sort anything you could want. The cleanliness of the Hotel Nereo Throughout is second to none. The Restaurant has great choice of food and also kept very clean, the Bar has a good choice of drinks. The Rooms have a fridge and safe and the Beds are very comfortable, as i say i cannot wait to come back to this Hotel in May and July and Sept, from a very satisfied client

Stayed here on a lads jolly, seriously no complaints at all. Location excellent, food, staff and amenities all in the same bracket. Would certainly consider staying here again next year, we have now stayed in about a dozen different hotels over the years up there in the top 3.

Arrived for 3 night stay to celebrate my sister in laws birthday. Greeted by Karen who was very welcoming and pleasant. Hotel is spotless and food excellent. Rooms modern and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Heated pool was a definite plus and overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our break and would highly recommend

Just back from a wonderful week here at Nereo. The hotel, the staff, the food all excellent. From reception Karen and Sara to bar staff Sergio and Sara nothing but high appreciation of their friendliness and professionalism. Also the hotel is very clean and spacious and the cleaners do a great job. The hidden gem here is Nati in the spa. We both went for a massage but you must try her reflexology from which she can tell you about the problems in you body she’s amazing. I recommend you book a pool room as no view at the back or side only residential apar**ents. The heated pool was wonderful and the area quiet around the hotel. We would definitely book again.

Great hotel rooms brilliant can't fault only gripe is the dinning room manager was really not nice just rushing everyone along and pushing the tip tray in front on leaving and pushing the waiting staff beyond belief food excellent can't fault

Just had another great stay at nereo Karen checked us in and was very friendly as usual, stayed in 205 facing pool room lovely and clean , mancillo in bar is just the best brings your drinks to the table and always has a smile he remembered us from last year it’s a shame he goes to another hotel and comes back later in the year , he’s our favourite , the dining staff were friendly and kept our table tidy I missed montes this time , and the entertainment in the bar was good I love watching the Spanish get up dancing they know how to enjoy themselves, Gina was good the bar was packed when she was on hopefully will be back again soon really enjoyed ourselves

We are a group of older men who go to Benidorm every March. We stayed in Hotel Nereo last year and had a great time and this year was just as great. Everywhere you go in the hotel, it is spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff work tirelessly to make it gleam. All the staff work very hard to make sure you have a great stay. We book pool view rooms which are a bit more expensive but you get a view of the sea from your balcony. The rooms are a good size with a fridge and a free safe and the bathroom and shower are perfect. The reception is always manned and Karen and her team are experienced in helping you if you have any problems or need advice. The bar and lounge staff are friendly and funny and really make you feel at home. Mansilla always had a smile on his face and with Jose and Anna, really looked after us well. The quality and choice of the food in the restaurant was excellent and Juan, Melanie and Gabriela were friendly and attentive. We wished Juan a happy retirement as he finishes on Easter Sunday. We will be booking for next year in the next few days, as far as we are concerned the service we receive at Hotel Nereo cannot be equalled.
