I recently booked a stay at Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun for my honeymoon, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The resort, advertised as all-inclusive, left much to be desired.
One major letdown was the food. Despite the promise of a variety of culinary options, the reality was a limited menu with only five items included. To access additional choices, guests were required to pay extra, contradicting the supposed all-inclusive nature of the resort. This unexpected expense was disappointing, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon.
The on-site restaurant, which should have been a highlight, turned out to be a major disappointment. The food quality was subpar, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired. The advertised luxury and indulgence were nowhere to be found in the culinary offerings.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun based on my experience. The mismatch between the resort's promotion and the actual offerings, particularly in terms of dining, significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of what should have been a memorable honeymoon. Potential guests may want to carefully consider these aspects before choosing this destination for their special occasions.
And lastly, ******* agents kept hanging up the phone on me when I asked about making arrangements to either switch to a different resort or give me refund. ******* you just lost another long term customer.
