Very welcoming staff and a great hotel. Room was large, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great quality and delicious. Popular restaurant/bar with good vibes. And bikes which we really enjoyed taking for a ride around the beautiful town of Bensheim. Highly recommended.

Hiking, biking, castles, local lake, churches, restaurants beer, etc a wonderful time! The September wine fest, better than Oktoberfest not crowded, excellent food, music, and lovely people. Hotel Bacchus great…

This is a fairly basic hotel in a great location. We chose it due to its proximity to Frankfurt airport. It’s only about 20 miles from it and was an easy drive after an overnight flight. The staff was very friendly. The hotel seems very well maintained, but did have a musty smell in the hallways. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything ones needs. The mattress was somewhat firm for our liking. In that regard, the hotel seemed a little overpriced. It’s only a few minutes walk from the heart of the town where there are a number of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. The hotel has an excellent buffet with a combination of cooked and old dishes. If not included in your room price, it is fairly pricey. The room’s key card provides access to the hotel in the evening and also to the parking area.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet with a combination of cooked and cold dishes. If not included in your room price, it is fairly pricey. The room’s key card provides access to the hotel in the evening and also to the parking area. While some websites say parking is free, it isn’t. It was 7€.

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett und entgegenkommend. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Auch nach Jahren, in denen ich regelmäßig im Bacchus übernachtete und übernachte, hat die Qualität des Hotels in nichts nachgelassen. Saubere und moderne Zimmer, ein sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal sowie ein ausgezeichnetes und vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot machen den Aufenthalt dort immer wieder äußerst angenehm. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Ich musste mein im Bacchus gebuchtes Hotelzimmer aufgrund eines Bahnstreiks gut 26 Stunden vor der geplanten Anreise stornieren. Leider zeigte man sich seitens des Hotels, auch nach telefonischer Ansprache unwillig, meiner Bitte nachzukommen. Auch die Möglichkeit einer reduzierten Berechnung (denn es waren ja weniger Housekeeping und Reinigungstätigkeiten erforderlich) wurde abgelehnt. Meiner Aufforderung, mir einen Nachweis über die Unmöglichkeit der Weitervermietung des Zimmers zu liefern, kam man nicht nach. Wenn ich mir den Zimmerpreis von € 144,- und die Umstände, die leider zur Stornierung geführt haben ansehe, dann kann ich dahinter nur „Raffgier“ vermuten. Für mich ist dieses Hotelmanagement inakzeptabel!

Wir waren begeistert! Vielen lieben Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft. So ein netter Empfang, Hilfsbereitschaft und lustige Gespräch mit den Mitarbeitern (bei uns waren es tatsächlich nur Männer). Das Frühstück ist toll, die Betten genau richtig und die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof bequem. Näher geht es nicht, wenn man mit dem Zug weiter muss (ca. 300 Meter). Trotzdem war alles ruhig, wir hatten keine störenden Geräusche beim Schlafen. Wenn man etwas möchte, kann man sich an den Empfang wenden - hier gibt es immer Hilfe. Auch die Buchung war einfach und es wurden vorab nett und zeitnah alle Fragen per Email beantwortet. Von Hotel ist es fußläufig nicht weit zu zwei im Netz empfohlenen Restaurants (Mühlstein und Weinhaus zur Hahnmühle). Wir haben dort sehr lecker gegessen. Tausend Dank vor allem an unseren Lieblingsmenschen im Bacchus, der mit unserer Lieblingsmusik nach einem Konzertbesuch den Abend verlängert und noch mal umso schöner gemacht hat. Du bist der Knaller!

Sehr zentral direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof gelegenes Hotel nur 150 m von der Altstadt entfernt. Freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete und bequeme Zimmer (teilweise?) mit Klimaanlage und ein ausgiebiges und leckeres Frühstück. Wer ruhig schlafen will, reserviert besser ein Zimmer hintenraus.
