Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel, great location and super people. Sparkling clean, comfortable suite. Special thanks to Claudia and Andrea for adding so much to our visit every morning. Very quiet area and all highlighted sights were easily accessed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 1 night stay here in the family room. We loved the location in the Old Town and how the hotel was a mix of tradition and modern. Daniele was very good, we received a message in the morning letting us know our room was ready which was nice to know. We have 2 large rooms (34 and 34B) which a big communal area and modern bathroom. Check in was self service and very easy. Breakfast was a nice continental and the owners very nice and helpful. Location wise it was perfect. Look forward to returning one day

So lovely place with a wonderful atmosphere. It's a real old-style palazzo. This is not a generic standard hotel chain room that could be anywhere on the planet. Very quiet location, everything within walking distance in Bergamos' old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, automatic check-in, meaning no problem with late arrivals. Room cleaning every day so 100% fresh and clean. I will come back.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Rivola in Bergamo! The location is perfect, the room was the biggest we’ve ever stayed in, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. Despite staying only one night, we felt so comfortable and would highly recommend this beautiful place.

A very nice and clean place. The old town of Bergamo is around yhe corner, in few steps. We had a great time here, enjoyed the apartment, the garden. You can get a parking spot if travelling by car, and it's quite easy to get there following the instructions sent by the host. Good breakfast. Easy self check in. Bergamo is a beautiful place and Palazzo Rivola will complete the experience! Nothing more to say, just go there and you'll see by yourself, you won't regret! Many thanks to the kind hosts!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all major points of interest in Bergamo. Parking inside the hotel was a breeze, making our arrival and departure stress-free. We stayed in room 11, which felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. It had a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom, making it ideal for families. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. Bergamo is a beautiful place to visit, and this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location, very peaceful and yet a very short walk from the main square. An ideal base for exploring Bergamo, it was a peaceful and cool sanctuary for us. We were on the top floor which would not be ideal for people with disabilities. Having a bigger room was great though.

Great location, with a large, nice and clean room and a pictoresque view. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We also booked parking - and managed to find it easily by following the video. If you want to stay in Citta Alta - this is the perfect place.

Charming place. Old but renovated house with beautiful garden. Located in the very centre of cita alta (upper city). Close to most attractions. Staff is immensely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Clean rooms with all facilities. Many thanks to Danielle and his staff !
