Bij aankomst kregen we al een chagrijnig ontvangst, de jongeman had er geen zin in en we hebben 50€ teveel betaald, aan kosten die niet klopten. Uiteindelijk wel terug gekregen na een hoop gedoe. We kregen een queen size bed terwijl we kingsize geboekt hadden. Hier lagen ook nog stukjes schelp en steentjes in. Minibar was leeg. Bar en restaurant zijn, door onderbezetting, het hele verblijf gesloten geweest, waardoor we voor iedere maaltijd naar buiten moesten. Parkeerplaatsen zijn erg krap en het aantal onvoldoende, daarnaast is het onbewaakt. Toch betaal je 20€ per dag. Ronduit slecht, wij komen hier nooit meer.

Oda cok guzeldi, yatak yattigim en konforlu yataklardan biriydi. Odanin buyuk olmasi ve calisma masasi ilekanepe olmasi da bizi epey rahat ettirdi. Otele ilk girerken baya siyah ve ic karartici gerek lobisi gerek odalara giden uzun kolidorlari. Bir de lobi ve kolidorlarda acayip bir koku mevcut, tabii asansorde de yumurta kokusu :/ ama tabii isletmenin binasi cok eski dolayisiyla Almanya yi iyi bilenler bilir boyle eski yerlerde genelde halilar degismezse koku sorunu giderilemiyor. Lokasyon olarak da cok iyi, biz yirumeyi sevdigimiz icin cogu yere yuruyerek gittik, ama yine de toplu tasima da kullanilabilir hemen otelin onunde otobus duragi var.supermarkete de 6 dakika yurume mesafesi. Yanindaki hirvat restoranti cok lezizdi, ilk gece arayis icine girmeniza gerek kalmaz yemek yemek icin. Calisanlarda iyiydi.

The hotel itself was great. Good breakfast (though not too many vegan options), the rooms are comfy and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. It's close to Potsdamer Plaza and the Bradenburg Gate, so all is good. I would suggest that they strengthen the wifi (it was weak in our room) and supply tissues in addition to toilet paper.

What a nice surprise! This hotel is clean, has a great kitchen and is within walking distance of all the major art museums in Berlin. Lastly, it is very reasonable! You would pay $300 per night in the US for a hotel room of this quality. I would heartily recommend it to any travelers who are visiting Berlin.

Very trendy stylish hotel but missing basic features like hot water on the high floors and a bottle opener to open the bottled water supplied and poor breakfast and only 1 working lift.

I had a Superior room for two nights. I went to the reception three times to complain about the dirty towels, which were always delivered to me after the complaint. The last time I showed the pictures I took to the reception of the latest towels that were still dirty, whereupon I was told that unfortunately these are the cleanest towels available in the hotel (dirty fingerprints, hair). So I didn't get clean towels. In addition, the cosmetic products (shampoo, conditioner) were out of date more than a year ago and the hotel did not have any newer ones to offer. The toothpaste was also out of date, but luckily I had my own with me. I sent an email about towels and cosmetic products to the email address provided by the reception, but I haven't received a reply.

I travel a lot for work. This was my 4th time staying at the hotel in 2023. And 10th in total.
It's one of my favourite stops in the world. Sure it's not the Atlantis in Dubai but value for money and location it's amazing.
It's also something a little bit different with an modern artistic edge. I've paid a lot lot more to stay in far worse hotels.
The sister Boutique hotel in Charlottenburg is equally as fantastic. Stop searching. Book now.
