This trip was very memorable, especially because of the hotel we stayed at. Everything was excellent—the interior design, the layout of the rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness of the place. It was all exactly as I expected, even beyond that, because the price for all these services was unbelievable.

Very unpleasant stay due to the miscommunication and dishonesty. Will not recommend. Regrettably, my stay at this hotel was overshadowed by an unexpected few hundred Euros deposit, a crucial detail conveniently absent during the booking process on ***********. The staff's explanation of it being a 'pending transaction' was not only misleading but outright false, as the amount was immediately deducted from my account. The deposit was not returned to my account almost one week. This lack of transparency and professionalism in handling financial matters left a very bad experience. I have personally travelled in a lot of European countries and I never ever experienced this matter. I understand the reason of taking deposit, but the hotel needs to consider the amount of deposit and inform to the customer beforehand. Be HONEST and PROFESSIONAL. Water was not refilled. It was not a quiet room as it is opposite the main road. The decoration of room were all falling apart.

Fabulous apartments exceptionally clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Beds very comfortable, toiletries are luxurious. Great wifi connection.Close to subway for getting about with nice restaurants nearby. Close to Alexander Platz.

Great place to stay. Just 40 metres from the U bahn station. Very comfortable and spacious. Receptionists extremely helpful especially Natalia. Emailed before travelling to ask some questions about journey from airport etc and got a prompt detailed reply. Whilst there all our questions were answered and they were so helpful. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

The check-in went smoothly even if we were late. The staff actually called to remind us to check in online. The place was easy to find, and close to restaurants, tram, and subway. It was actually walking distance to sites. The only thing is the noise at night. It is situated in a very busy area and you can hear the voices of people having fun outside, tram, police siren, etc. We didn’t mind though because we fell asleep easily after doing a lot of walking in Berlin. And also, no parking spot. We had to go to the Decathlon parking spot in Alexanderplatz to park our car for 2 days (by the way, you need exact change to pay for parking)…. Will recommend

This hotel a PERFECT fit if you consider visiting Berlin as a family with small kids! We booked the deluxe 2 room apartment, and it came with all amenties, we could cook for the baby, store food, eat family meals. We were even offered a baby bath and a highchair. The rooms are in perfect condition. The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful, the cleaning impeccable, and even after the check out they have been wonderful. I forgot something at the hotel, and the staff has gone out of their way to help me retrieve it. 10/10 will stay here again next time we see Berlin
