Damen an der Reception unfreundlich. Es werden irgendwelche Beträge verlangt, auf Anfrage für was man zahlt, hat niemand eine Ahnung. Zimmer nicht sauber, verstaubt. Zimmer zudem sehr klein. Dusche läuft überall Wasser raus.

I sent the following email 7 times since my stay, and still not had a reply, so i think that tells you all you need to know about how they treat their guests. I even advised the receptionist of the email before I left, and was told it would be passed to the manager, so either it wasn't, or the manager just doesn't care. I have also sent 2 messages via Facebook to the hotel group, and guess what.... no reply. They clearly just have no courtesy to respond, or don't care. Dear Sir or Madam On Sunday, and again on Monday I sent you 2 emails to complain about the horrible visit I had this weekend at your hotel. I don't the receptionist and she said she would pass it on to her manager. 8 days later I have not received a reply. As you will see from the original emails: - the noise was loud and constant from 7am all through the day and night - there was an alarm going off all Sunday night in the boiler room opposite my room - the room was dirty and marked - the shower smells terrible from the drains - the shower door leaks onto the floor, making it dangerous and slippery with no shower mat provided - the TV was broken - the WIFI signal was too low to work - and the complimentary toiletries we not there I have given you every opportunity to respond to my email and multiple issues before I upload a post with pictures and video to trip advisor, but this has not happened. Please could you give me the email of your main head office for customer complaints? The guest experience that was provided was terrible, and not what was advertised on your website.

By far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I stayed in one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, and it was in a small corridor by the cleaning/housekeeping room, so was extremely noisy all day from 8.30 until 5pm with banging, alarms, trollies and equipment mring loaded and moved, and shouting. The corridor has a tiled floor instead of the usual carpet, so made the noise even worse, whereas a carpet would muffle it. There were about 5 or 6 other rooms in here, as well as a noisy lift door, so it was constantly in use. Inside the room, the TV was broken, WiFi signal to week to work, and the walls we scuffed, marked and scratched. For some reason there is a telephone in the showery room, but no hook to hang a towel on. Additionally the shower cubicle leaks water out, and there is no bath mat/towel provided, so you have to step out of the shower onto wet slippery tiles. It's ironic this is called 'Design hotel' as it is the design that has let it down, but not thinking about how poor design impacts the guest experience.

TOTAL RUNTERGEKOMMEN. Im ersten Zimmer lag der kaputte Wasserhahn abgebrochen neben dem Waschbecken - im zweiten Zimmer war der Wasserhahn so angebracht, dass man den Hebel nicht nach links (warmes Wasser) drehen konnte (stiess an das Waschbecken. Das Wasser zum duschen dauerte länger als 10 Minuten, bis es lauwarm wurde, der Druck lies im Laufe des duschens nach und wurde wieder kühler, der Duschkopf war so verkalkt, dass nur aus der Hälfte der Düsen Wasser kam, ebenso der Wasserhahn. Der Spiegel im Bad war kaputt, es gab keine Klobürste. Sofa war fleckig und es fehlten die Rückenkissen. Das Zimmer war kalt und man konnte über die Klimaanlage nur kühlen, nicht wärmen. Die Heizkörper, auch im Bad waren kalt und konnten nicht angedreht werden. Über Sauberkeit allgemein will ich erst garnicht reden,....... die Damen am Empfang allerdings waren sehr höflich und entschuldigten sich für die Misere - was mir aber leider nichts geholfen hat. Man sah an der Einrichtung, dass da mal eine schöne Idee dahinter gesteckt hat, nur mittlerweile total ungepflegt und heruntergekommen.

Modern looking hotel and rooms and overall quite comfortable. The breakfast was not great on the first day, better on the second and the third day there was "an issue with the kitchen" so no breakfast was offered meaning we had to . Thankfully a refund was sorted. Cleanliness overall was ok, however our room was not very clean - dust all over the place, mug fallen down behind the safe and walls had a couple stains. I would recommend for a quick stay, as it was great as a base and we didn't spend a lot of time there. Staff seemed lovely and the service was nice.

Aesthetically everything was nice, but upon closer inspection many things weren't too functional.

The hotel is in an excellent location for me, easily walkable and close to public transit, good restaurants. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and looks very good. The carpet on the stairs of my room was quite stained making it a little gross to walk on. Also, most of the electricity receptacles in my room didn’t work and were not fixed while I was there. We found one that did work but didn’t realize that when I turned off the master light switch, it also turned off the power to that receptacle. I ended up having to charge all my devices in the bathroom. Little things in the bathroom were in need of repair. That being said, I would return and can recommend this hotel.
