Visionapartments Otto-Braun-Strasse - Contactless Check-IN

We went with my mother and father and required two bedrooms. We were only provided with one double bed, the other was a leather pull out sofa bed with a mattress sheet over the top. This was rock hard with a solid bit of wood down the middle. Absolutely not fit for purpose and caused us both terrible back pain for the whole trip. The kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms were clean.

I stayed in a VisionApar**ent (VA) in Geneva, Switzerland and was very impressed with the hotel so I thought why not do VA in Germany. I checked in at 3pm and the lobby was open but the main reception office was closed, which I thought was strange but no worries, it’s perfectly safe. This is a contactless hotel, so you won’t find staff to assist you. This is a hotel that may intimidate someone that is not a seasoned traveler. The hallway lights come on upon entry. I noticed debris on the floor upon arrival and still there the day after so there’s no one there in the hotel to monitor things like this. My room was on the 4th floor and below are restaurants that play loud music but they stop playing the music around 10pm. My room was clean and is fully equipped with plates, cups, wine glasses, eating utensils and cooking pans. The bathroom is a nice size bathroom. The shower leaks water in the sink area so you must be careful exiting the shower because you can fall especially an older person. The bed is hard. I prefer soft beds so it’s a personal preference thing. You only get two pillows. A very quite hotel, I felt safe and it’s in walking distance to main shopping, restaurants.

The apar**ents are located around the centre of Berlin and the code-accessed doors are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff end. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a strong smell of mold. It was coming from the bathroom but it filled the whole room and did not leave until the end of our trip. Both sinks’ tips were encrusted. We had to share only one duvet because there were no extra duvets or pillows..In the other hand, the view is beautiful and gives a**ospheric vibes. Everything nearby is reachable by foot, like grocery stores and shopping centers - as well as historical sites.

These apar**ents were in a great location near Alexanderplatz. We were on the 5th floor with our window and balcony facing towards the courtyard which was perfect, no noise. Room was well heated, clean, bright, modern. Had everything you would need. Maybe an extra towel would have been nice but was fine. Bath was nice and big, good water pressure, warm water. Cant say anything bad.

Despite reporting there was no soap in the dispenser, also the bathroom door was jammed.There was roaring very high decibel noise of trams whole night which led to disturbed sleep.

Good property safe easy walking to plaza, tv tower etc.down side very noisy in the courtyard

The apar**ents were clean and more spacious than we thought. The location was perfect to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the apar**ent was the heat. It was very hot without air con. Luckily the windows could be opened fully

El apartamento nos encantó, es bonito, amplio y cómodo . La limpieza mejorable, ya que sólo la hacen una vez en semana si estás cinco días, como fue nuestro caso, no pasa el servicio de limpieza. La ubicación es estupenda, a pocos minutos de Alexanderplatz.

Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man erwarten könnte. Das WC verfügt nur über eine Schiebetür. Das gefällt vielleicht nicht Jedem.
