B&B Hotel Berlin-Adlershof

The hotel location was impressively strategic as I needed somewhere with close proximity to the hotel and it did the job. The room was clean and pretty standard. Receptionist and attendants were nice and friendly. Only down side was the quality of the mattress in the room. It was either too old or has been overused because it was really uneven and not balanced when you lay on it which almost caused me a bit of back ache. I’ll suggest a review of all of them. Asides this, everything else was pretty good!👍🏾

They charged me €121 even though I had already paid for the night. When I asked them to refund me they said they would have done it, but after a month they still haven't paid me back and they stopped replying to my e-mails. Absolutely appalled.

I have stayed with a group of students as a tour leader. Many thanks for a nice stay in hotel IBB Airport! All teachers and students were satisfied. I also would like to appreciate the staff (evening shift on 14th April 2023). They were such pleasant, patient and helpful! Vit Malkus

Ich bin durch Zufall in diesem Hotel gelandet, weil ich etwas in Flughafennähe gesucht hatte. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber. Leider war es im Erdgeschoss direkt zu einer befahrenen Straße raus, ab 5 Uhr morgens war es richtig laut. Das Frühstück war Ok aber nichts besonderes. Beim Checkout wollte ich eine Rechnung, das gestaltete sich schwierig. Schon bei m Checkin hatte ich meine Visitenkarte abgegeben und darum gebeten, dass die Firmenadresse exakt so auf der Rechnung stehen soll. Die erste Rechnungsversion kam mit der Privatadresse, bei der zweiten Version war der Firmenname nicht korrekt. Nach 30 min hatte ich dann die korrekte Version. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war merklichgestresst und dadurch unfreundlich. Auch ein anderer Gast hatte sich beim Checkout massiv beschwert, es gab eine längere Schlange. Mein Fazit: 140€ für diese Leistung passt nicht. Ich bin viel unterwegs und habe durchaus einen Vergleich. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen.
